Air cleaner backing plate assembly with crankcase breather vents
An air cleaner backing plate for coupling to an engine disclosed herein includes a first side to be coupled to an engine and a second side opposite the first side. The backing plate further includes an intake aperture to be aligned with an air intake port of the engine and a tube coupled to the backing plate. The backing plate may further include a reservoir and/or a circular attachment coupled thereto.

Engine Control Unit Cooling Air Box
An apparatus and a method are provided for an air box configured to cool an engine control unit (ECU) by way of an airstream being communicated to an air intake system of an internal combustion engine of a vehicle. The air box is comprised of a housing to support an air filter within an interior of the housing. An opening in the housing fixedly receives at least one surface of the ECU to transfer heat from the ECU to the airstream. A mount portion within the housing receives the air filter. A conduit to a clean side of the air filter is configured to be coupled with the air intake system. An inlet to the housing is configured to couple with an air inlet duct of the vehicle so as to direct the airstream into the interior of the housing.
AIR CLEANER
An air cleaner includes: an air cleaner box defining a clean chamber that is placed rearward of a dirty chamber, the clean chamber receiving air which has been introduced from front into the dirty chamber and then filtered through an air cleaner element; and funnels that are to be connected to an intake port of an internal combustion engine, the funnels protruding upward into a space within the air cleaner box from a bottom wall of the air cleaner box. The air cleaner further includes a breather chamber into which blow-by gas is introduced from the internal combustion engine, the breather chamber being placed rearward of the funnels and between the funnels and a rear wall of the air cleaner box. Accordingly, the air cleaner can further promote the air-liquid separation of blow-by gas without incurring an increase in weight of the internal combustion engine.
SCREEN FILTER FOR THE INTAKE OF A TURBOCHARGER OR SUPERCHARGER
A screen filter for an intake of a turbocharger/supercharger includes a coupling device and a securing means. The coupling device includes a hollow interior with an open end, a filter end and a width defined by the distance from the open end to the filter end. The open end is configured to fit around the intake of the turbocharger/supercharger. The filter end includes a screen. The securing means is configured to secure the coupling device around the intake of the turbocharger/supercharger. Wherein, when the coupling device is positioned around the intake of the turbocharger/supercharger, the screen at the filter end is positioned over an end of the intake of the turbocharger/supercharger.
