Engine with supercharger
The present disclosure provides sufficient support rigidity of a supercharger and an intercooler, while reducing an increase in the overall height of an engine. The supercharger extends along a cylinder bank at a side of a surge tank, and is fixed to an intake manifold. The intercooler is located below the supercharger. A case of the intercooler is connected to a discharge port of the supercharger and an intake air introduction pipe of the intake manifold.
Internal combustion engine
An internal combustion engine (10) fitted with a carburetor (40) is provided with a fire-resistant cover member (62) having a front wall (65A) facing an air inlet port (44) of the carburetor, and a breather tube (60) having an inlet end (60A) connected to a crank chamber (28) of the internal combustion engine main body, and an outlet end (60B) supported by the cover member at a position located between the front wall and the carburetor.
Integral intake manifold
An engine component includes an intake manifold of stratified layers defining a plurality of runners each having a gas outlet leading to a cylinder head, and a plenum including partial walls that form channels radiating from a common gas inlet and transitioning into the runners such that there is no seal between the plenum and runners. The partial walls form endoskeletal structure configured to support the intake manifold.
INTERNAL COMBUSTION ENGINE
An internal combustion engine (10) fitted with a carburetor (40) is provided with a fire-resistant cover member (62) having a front wall (65A) facing an air inlet port (44) of the carburetor, and a breather tube (60) having an inlet end (60A) connected to a crank chamber (28) of the internal combustion engine main body, and an outlet end (60B) supported by the cover member at a position located between the front wall and the carburetor.

Intake system of vehicle
An intake system of a vehicle, includes an air cleaner case, an air filter that is arranged inside the air cleaner case and positively charged, and a self discharge type static eliminator that decreases an amount of electrification charge on a wall surface of the air cleaner case within a limited range about a location where the self discharge type static eliminator is installed, when the self discharge type static eliminator is installed on the wall surface of the air cleaner case. An peripheral edge part of the air filter is held by an air filter holding part of the air cleaner case. The self discharge type static eliminator is installed on an outer wall surface of the air filter holding part of the air cleaner case.
ENGINE WITH SUPERCHARGER
