INTAKE MANIFOLD STRUCTURE
Interference between an intake manifold and a fuel pipe during a vehicle front collision is prevented in an engine which is longitudinally mounted in an engine room. A vehicle component is arranged on the front side of the intake manifold, and the fuel pipe is arranged on the rear side of the intake manifold. The intake manifold includes a plurality of independent intake pipe portions arranged side by side in the vehicle front-rear direction which branch for each of the cylinders of the engine; and a plurality of coupling portions that each couple adjacent independent intake pipe portions to each other in an integral manner A first coupling portion of the plurality of coupling portions positioned on the frontmost side has a lower rigidity than a third coupling portion of the plurality of coupling portions positioned the rearmost side.

INTAKE MANIFOLD
An intake manifold includes a surge tank, an inlet pipe, and intake pipes. The surge tank includes a curved portion and a bulging portion. The curved portion forms a curved outer wall of the surge tank and includes an inner surface that is continuous with inner surfaces of entrances of the intake pipes. The bulging portion bulges into the surge tank toward the curved portion and overlaps with an imaginary extension of an exit of the inlet pipe into the surge tank. The bulging portion includes a flow changing portion. The flow changing portion is configured to direct a flow of intake air toward a section that is more interior into the surge tank than the bulging portion in relation to the inlet pipe and located on part of the inner surface of the surge tank that is continuous with the inner surface of the curved portion.
Integral intake manifold
An engine component includes an intake manifold of stratified layers defining a plurality of runners each having a gas outlet leading to a cylinder head, and a plenum including partial walls forming channels radiating from a common gas inlet extending into a gooseneck conduit having an incorporated positive crankcase ventilation (PCV) apparatus. The gooseneck conduit transitions into the channels and runners such that there is no seal between the gooseneck, plenum, and runners.

INTAKE AND EXHAUST SYSTEM AND ALL-TERRAIN VEHICLE
Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to an intake and exhaust system and an all-terrain vehicle. The intake and exhaust system includes a first intake and exhaust structure and a second intake and exhaust structure. The first intake and exhaust structure includes an intake pipe coupled to a transmission and a first exhaust pipe coupled to the transmission. The second intake and exhaust structure includes an air filter coupled to an air inlet of the engine and a second exhaust pipe coupled to the engine. A port of the first exhaust pipe away from the transmission faces the second exhaust pipe.
Intake device for engine
An intake device for an engine is provided which can inhibit excessive cooling of EGR gas. In the intake device including an intake passage, an EGR passage, and an EGR cooler, the intake passage is provided with a lateral-side intake passage portion provided on one side of an engine body in a vehicle width direction, the EGR passage is provided with a downstream-side EGR passage portion defining the EGR passage on a downstream side of the EGR cooler and provided on the one side of the engine body in the vehicle width direction, and the downstream-side EGR passage portion is disposed such that at least a portion thereof is positioned rearward of the lateral-side intake passage portion and overlaps with the lateral-side intake passage portion when seen from the front of a vehicle.
