Intake manifold having slosh prevention baffles
A method and system to restrict the flow of accumulated liquid water from the intake manifold into the cylinders of an internal combustion engine by reducing the velocity of contained liquid water as it moves through the containment feature during vehicle maneuvering are disclosed. The body of the intake manifold includes a water containment feature having a water containment reservoir having an open upper portion and water-restricting interior walls. A water passageway is provided in each interior wall. The water passageway may be of any of several shapes, including a V-shape notch extending from the top of the wall. The interior wall is a central interior wall and the containment reservoir further includes an intermediate interior wall between the side walls that intersects the central interior wall. The water passageway is formed in at least one of the interior walls and may be formed in all of the walls.
Multi-fuel engine system
Various methods and systems are provided for an intake manifold for an engine. In one example, the intake manifold comprises a first passage for supplying intake air to a plurality of cylinders of the engine and a second passage for supplying gaseous fuel to the plurality of cylinders.

Two-wheeled vehicle
A coupling system for a vehicle includes a first coupler having an outer annual surface and an opening defining an inner surface. The outer surface and the inner surface define gripping surfaces for gripping one or more alternative vehicle attachments.

INTERNAL COMBUSTION ENGINE PROVIDED WITH A DEVICE FOR THE AMPLIFICATION OF THE INTAKE SOUND
An internal combustion engine comprising: a plurality of cylinders; at least one intake manifold, which receives fresh air from the outside; a plurality of intake channels, each connecting a cylinder to the intake manifold; and an intake sound amplification device, which is provided with an amplification pipe, an insulating element sealing the amplification pipe in a tight manner, a plurality of amplification channels, each originating from a corresponding intake channel, and an amplification manifold, which, on one side, is connected to all amplification channels and, on the other side, is connected to the amplification pipe.
Intake manifold
An intake manifold assembly has one or more shells coupled together and coupled to a cover. When the manifold cover, or other exterior surface, is rounded, the manifold does not sit stably on a flat surface when the rounded surface is placed onto the flat surface. The manifold may roll off a table and be damaged. To mitigate such situation, the rounded surface is provided with at least two standoffs extending outwardly from a surface of the cover with distal ends of the standoffs substantially lying in a common plane. The standoffs have a central axis and the standoffs extend outwardly from the surface along the central axis at least as far as any other feature of the intake manifold assembly.

Engine
An engine includes: two cylinder rows so placed as to be aligned side by side; a turbocharger; and an intercooler shared by the two cylinder rows, and connected to the turbocharger. The intercooler has: a cool liquid flow path through which a cool liquid flows, and an intake air flow path through which intake air from the turbocharger flows. The cool liquid flow path has an inlet and outlet of the cool liquid on one side in a first direction along the flow of the cool liquid. The intake air flow path has an inlet of the intake air on one side in a second direction along the flow of the intake air, and an outlet of the intake air on another side.
