TRV SHUTOFF VALVE

According to a set of embodiments, the filtration system includes a housing with a fuel inlet and a fuel outlet. A pump is in fluid communication with the fuel outlet. A fuel tank is in fluid communication with the fuel inlet. A thermal recirculation valve includes a thermal recirculation valve inlet and a thermal recirculation valve outlet. The thermal recirculation valve inlet receives heated fuel and the thermal recirculation valve outlet is in fluid communication with the fuel tank. A fluid passage is between the thermal recirculation valve inlet and the thermal recirculation valve outlet. A passage blocking mechanism having a first position and a second position. The passage blocking mechanism is structured to prevent fluid flow through the fluid passage when in the first position. The passage blocking mechanism is structured to allow fluid flow through the fluid passage when in the second position.

Filter assembly for fuel injectors

A filter assembly for filtering hydraulic fluid in a hydraulically actuated fuel injector is disclosed. The filter assembly includes a plurality of first rollers and a plurality of second rollers. The first rollers are parallelly disposed one after the other, and define first axes disposed in a first plane. The second rollers are parallelly disposed one after the other, and define second axes disposed in a second plane. The first plane is parallel to the second plane. Further, each second roller is disposed between a consecutively arranged pair of first rollers to define one or more filtration zones for filtering the hydraulic fluid.

Filter device having a pump

A filter device usable with diesel fuels, includes a filter element (19) exchangeably accommodated in a filter housing. A fluid pump device (46) having two pump chambers (45, 49) is part of the filter device. The pump chambers, by a pump piston (51) guided in the chambers in a longitudinally movable manner, are separated from each other fluid-tight at least in one of the two directions of movement of the pump piston. Each pump chamber (45, 49) is assigned a valve (39, 63) opening or closing oppositely to the other valve (39, 63) when the pump device (46) is actuated.

COMPACT DOUBLE SHUT-OFF VALVE
20200116265 · 2020-04-16 ·

A valve member having a first flow path and a second flow path, and configured to control both flow paths through a filter assembly. The valve member allows control of the two flow streams in a compact space compared to traditional valves. The valve member may require less space to operate due to its compact nature as compared to traditional external valves with multiple handles that each require space to rotate. The valve member may also be used to easily shut-off flow to a filter of a filter assembly without limiting use of another filtration assembly in the same filtration system. Alternatively, the valve member may shut off flow to a corresponding filter of a stand-alone filter assembly that is not connected to another filter assembly. Also, the valve member allows less expensive and more lightweight filtration systems.

FUEL-INJECTION VALVE

A fuel-injection valve provided with a fuel filter (13) in a fuel supply unit into which fuel flows, wherein: the fuel filter (13) is provided with a filtering part (X1) that is disposed along the circumferential direction of the fuel filter (13) and along the central axis line (13x) thereof and that is provided with a net-like member (13c) which captures foreign objects mixed in with fuel flowing from the radially inner side to the radially outer side of the fuel filter (13); and the fuel filter (13) has, on the upstream side from the filtering part (X1), first fuel swirl generation units (13d-1, 13d-2, 13d-4) which generate swirl in the fuel that flows down along the inner circumferential surface of the filtering part (X1).

Filter Assembly With an Inner Filter Element With a Top Rib

A filter assembly that comprises a housing, an outer filter element, and an inner filter element. The outer filter element is positionable within the housing and comprises an outer filter media. The inner filter element is positionable within the outer filter element and comprises an inner filter media, a media support structure, an inner top endplate, and an inner bottom endplate. The inner top endplate comprising a top rib that extends continuously around a portion of a top surface of the inner top endplate.

The subject matter of this specification can be embodied in, among other things, a fluid flow trim apparatus includes an outer housing defining a cavity having an interior surface and an end wall having an orifice therethrough, a valve body comprising a first valve portion disposed at least partly within the cavity, the first valve portion and the interior surface defining a first fluid flow path, a second valve portion in contact with the interior surface and defining a second fluid flow path. A third valve portion is disposed at least partly within the cavity between the first and second valve portions. The second fluid flow path fluidically connects the third valve portion to a trim cavity. A filter media extends from the first valve portion to the second valve portion and divides a third fluid flow path fluidically connecting the first and seconds fluid flow paths.
