Recirculation module and fuel prefilter unit
A recirculation module for a fuel prefilter unit of a combustion engine has a temperature-controlled actuating element that transfers the recirculation module, based on a filter raw side feed temperature of the fuel, from a cold start state into a normal operating state and back. In cold start state, an engine return line from the combustion engine to the recirculation module is in fluid communication with a filter element raw side of the fuel prefilter unit and the engine return line is separated in regard to fluid communication from a tank return line of the combustion engine. In normal operating state, the engine return line is separated in regard to fluid communication from the filter element raw side and is in fluid communication with the tank return line. A check valve prevents return flow of fuel from the tank return line into the engine return line.
Bottom mount fuel pump assembly
An assembly includes a mounting flange, support, carrier, reservoir and fuel pump. The mounting flange has a fluid passage extending through the mounting flange. The support is coupled to the mounting flange, and the carrier is coupled to the support with the weight of the carrier acting in compression on the support. The reservoir is carried by at least one of the carrier and the mounting flange with the weight of the reservoir acting on the carrier and/or the mounting flange, and the reservoir defining an interior. The fuel pump is carried by at least one of the carrier and the reservoir, the fuel pump has an inlet received within the reservoir interior and an outlet from which pressurized fuel is discharged from the fuel pump when the fuel pump is operating. The support defines at least part of a passage that is communicated with a fluid source.

SYSTEM FOR EVAPORATIVE EMISSIONS MITIGATION
An improved evaporative emission mitigation system for a motor vehicle includes a canister filled with an adsorbent material connected to a membrane module. The membrane module contains a membrane that separates gaseous hydrocarbons from inert air components within fuel vapor generated by the evaporation of fuel due to the heating of the motor vehicle. The gaseous hydrocarbons separated by the membrane are returned to the canister, where they will again be adsorbed by the adsorbent material. The inert air components are vented from the membrane module into the open atmosphere outside of the motor vehicle.

Fuel pump assembly
A pump assembly for a fluid tank extends along a longitudinal axis and includes a cover at an external end, the cover including a flange that extends radially outward of the longitudinal axis, an insertable end opposite the external end along the longitudinal axis, and a rotatable arm that is flexible such that, when the rotatable arm is resiliently bent such that the rotatable arm has a radial extent, from the longitudinal axis, that is less than the flange, the sender assembly is in a compact state in which the insertable end and the flange would be able to move straight along the longitudinal axis, which is coaxial with a center axis of an opening of the fluid tank, from a position where the insertable end initially enters the opening to a position where the flange engages the fluid tank.
SPRAYER FILTERING SYSTEM
In one embodiment, a method, comprising influencing fluid flow from a tank to one or more nozzles via a filtering apparatus; and diverting a portion of the fluid flow through plural filters of a different mesh size back to an agitating mechanism through a lower portion of the tank.
FUEL SUPPLY DEVICE
A fuel supply device includes a filter device, a pump, a suction pipe, and a babble removing device. The filter device includes a first filter that filters a fuel, a filter chamber surrounded by the first filter, and a filter opening that is in fluid communication with the filter chamber. The pump has a pump suction port for drawing the fuel from the filter chamber. The suction pipe fluidly connects the filter opening to the pump suction port. The babble removing device is disposed in at least one of the filter device and the suction pipe. The bubble removing device includes a valve device that is configured to discharge a bubble contained in the fuel to the internal space of the fuel tank, and a foreign matter regulator that is disposed between the valve device and the internal space and that regulates or prevents a foreign matter contained in the fuel from flowing into the fuel supply device.

FUEL PUMP MODULE
A fuel pump module includes a fuel pump, a housing, a filter, a bracket, a lid, a fuel passage, and a pressure regulating valve. The fuel pump supplies a fuel in a fuel tank that defines an opening to an outside of the fuel tank. The housing has a cylindrical shape and supports the fuel pump. The bracket connects the filter to the housing. The lid covers the opening and defines a discharge port through which the fuel is supplied to the outside. The fuel passage connects the fuel pump to the discharge port. The pressure regulating valve has a gravity center inside a space defined by a first virtual cylindrical surface including the housing. A minimum circumscribed circle of both the housing and the filter is smaller than the opening.
