Bale Unroller
A bale unroller includes a longitude, a bale cutting assembly, and a dispersing assembly. The bale cutting assembly includes a cutting conveyor, and the bale cutting assembly configured to receive the bale on a first side of the cutting conveyor and to cut the bale into a mat. The dispersing assembly has a longitudinally rear end and an exit longitudinally forward from the longitudinally rear end. The dispersing assembly is coupled at the longitudinally rear end with the bale cutting assembly and is configured to receive the mat and feed the mat out the exit along the longitude.
Bale mover with self-adjusting spinners
A bale mover with self-adjusting spinners for loading/unloading bales and unrolling bales. The bale mover includes a cross member and a pair of opposing arms that extend generally orthogonally to the cross member. The cross member is pivotable about an axis extending transverse to the bale mover to move the arms to extend away from the bale mover. The arms are moveable toward one another to pinch a bale between distal ends thereof. A spinner is provided at the distal end of each arm. The spinners include axles secured to the arms and spinner bodies which are rotatable about the respective axles to facilitate rotation of a bale engaged by the spinners. The spinners are also pivotable relative to the axles to enable alignment of the spinners with surfaces of the bale.
A RETENTION MECHANISM FOR AGRICULTURAL MACHINERY
A retention mechanism for retaining an agricultural machine in engagement with a fork assembly. The mechanism may be provided on the fork assembly, agricultural machine or split between them. The retention mechanism may be actuated by a foot associated with either the fork assembly or the agricultural machine. The retention mechanism may employ pivoting latches or a clamping mechanism that clamps upon the forks or tines.
Firefighter bale despooler
A round hay bale unrolling device attaches to a flatbed vehicle presenting a foldable arm attaching to a square hitch receiver of the vehicle supported by the flatbed of the truck allowing the vehicle operator to turn right into the bale to drive an angular spike into the center of the bale, drive forward to despool the round bale and to turn left to disengage the bale in the event of an emergency or at the time the bale has been laid into flat hay. This device is designed to be used by a firefighting vehicle to despool inflamed hay bales without exposing the user to the heat and flames of the hay bale or for use by farmers to unroll the hay bale for feeding without exiting the vehicle in poor weather.

Bale splitting attachment
A bale splitter attachment for use with a bale including a frame comprising a frame base and a cutting arm rotatably connected to the frame base at a pivot, the rotatable cutting arm comprising an elongate blade, the frame base and the rotatable cutting arm together defining a bay to receive the bale; a powered actuation device comprising a first end connected to the frame base and a second end connected to the rotatable cutting arm at a connection point, the powered actuation device arranged to apply cutting force in a pulling arrangement; and a hook apparatus connected to the frame, the hook apparatus comprising a plurality of hooks.
Systems for Unbaling, Separating and Decortifying Fibrous Crops
Processing of baled material includes a bale opening stage, a separation stage, and a decortication stage. The bale opener features a conveyor moving incoming bales toward a toothed extractor with an array of teeth driven on a revolutionary path moving upwardly past the adjacent end of the conveyor to rake through the bale and extract material therefrom. The conveyor tilts upward reduce a working angle between the conveyor and the toothed extractor to urge the shrinking bale toward the moving teeth. A separation stage features multiple sets of vertically stacked, counter-rotating rollers with different characteristics from one set to the next. A decorticator has an external container, an internal drum rotatably supported therein, and an array of teeth on the drum. Driven rotation of the internal drum spins the fibrous stalks around the internal drum and impacts the fibrous stalks against surrounding interior wall surfaces of the external container.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR REMOVING NET WRAP MATERIAL
A system and method for removing material wrapped around a hay bale is provided. The system may comprise first and second generally opposing arms, a cutting device, and a grabbing device. The first and second arms are adapted for receiving a bale therebetween. One or both of the arms may be pivotably movable or linearly movable in order to receive and be positioned proximate a side of a bale. The cutting device may be movably coupled to the first arm and adapted for selectively traveling between first and second ends (e.g., a proximal end and a distal end) of the first arm. The grabbing device may be movably coupled to the second arm and adapted for selectively traveling between first and second ends (e.g., a proximal end and a distal end) of the second arm.
Apparatus for Splitting Bales and Retaining Wrap
An apparatus for splitting bales and retaining wrap includes a frame having an interior framework oriented at an angle relative to forwardly-projecting tines, the framework and tines together defining an upwardly-opening cradle that supports and centers a bale of forage bound with a wrap above an inverted apex of the cradle. The apparatus also includes an elongate hooking mechanism extending laterally across the underside of the wrapped bale and configured to capture the wrap together with a thin layer of forage, and an elongate blade rotatably supported on the frame and configured to rotate downward through the bale toward the inverted apex of the cradle. The apparatus further includes a first actuation device that activates the hooking mechanism to capture the wrap and layer of forage, and one or more second actuation devices that rotate the elongate blade downward through the forage to split the bale.
Net wrap recovery device
A net wrap recovery device that removes net wrap from large round bales of hay attached to commercial hay bale unrollers using one or more pins. The Net Wrap Removal Device mechanically automates the unwrapping of polymeric hay bale wrapping from a wrapped hay bale in one piece quickly and with a minimum of effort. The embodiments then allow the operator to simultaneously gather and store the net wrap on a disposable spool without dismounting from the tractor seat or leaving the operator station. The disposable spool can then be easily removed from the embodiments and disposed of in a safe and environmentally friendly manner. A new spool is then quickly and easily installed in its place.
