A threshing and separating system including a rotor cage, a first vane rail movably connected to the rotor cage, and a first vane portion with a first constrained end pivotably connected to the rotor cage and a first movable end linked to the first vane rail. The threshing and separating system further including a second vane rail movably connected to the rotor cage, and a second vane portion with a second constrained end pivotably connected to the rotor cage and a second movable end linked to the second vane rail, the second vane portion and the first vane portion together define a substantially continuous vane.

An adjustable vane system for use with a rotor cage of a threshing system of an agricultural harvester includes a vane. The vane includes: a generally helically curved inner profile; a surface being an outer profile that is opposite the inner profile and is generally helically curved over a portion of the vane, the outer profile being configured to be positioned closer to the rotor cage than the inner profile; and a flat portion located midway along the outer profile.

A rotary sieve cleaning shoe for cleaning grain, having at least one rotary sieve with a generally cylindrical volume arranged to rotate around a longitudinal axis and having at least one beater bar within the cylinder which remains stationary when the rotary sieve rotates.

A rotary sieve cleaning shoe including a housing containing one or more rotary sieves, each sieve with a longitudinal axis and the housing is mounted to a combine harvester, by an actuator which is configured to vary the angle between the plane of the combine harvester and the longitudinal axis of at least one rotary sieve.

A rotary sieve cleaning shoe having at least one rotary sieve, generally cylindrical and arranged to rotate around a longitudinal axis, and having an inner sieve and an outer sieve, each with holes, and one of the inner and outer sieves is longitudinally movable along the longitudinal axis relative to the other of the inner or outer sieve where the overlap between the holes varies such that the apparent size of a hole, corresponding to the overlap, through the rotary sieve is varied correspondingly.

An agricultural harvester includes a chassis, a threshing and separating system for separating grain from MOG, and a grain cleaning system for further separating grain from residual MOG. The grain cleaning system has a main grain pan beneath the threshing and separating system with the grain pan having openings in its forward and to selectively receive grain from the forward portion of the threshing and separating system. A component beneath the main grain pan directs flow in parallel to the cleaning system either to a pre-sieve within the cleaning system or to an upper sieve.

An adjustable vane system for use with a rotor cage of a threshing system of an agricultural harvester includes a vane. An agricultural vehicle, includes a chassis; a cleaning system carried by the chassis including at least one sieve and configured to clean crop material; and an unloader carried by the chassis and supplied with cleaned crop material from the cleaning system. The unloader includes: a roller; a belt wrapped around the roller; and an oblong housing at least partially enclosing the belt.

A cleaning system for an agricultural harvester includes a first and second cleaning systems. A plurality of fans of a substantially similar diameter are fluidically coupled to the first and second cleaning systems. A controller generates and sends control signals to the fans to control the speeds of the fans.

The concave section includes a first concave body. The first concave body includes a first leading end, a first trailing end, a first upstream side and a first downstream side. A width between the first upstream side and the first downstream side is no greater than 10 inches. The first concave body includes a first crop engagement face that extends between the first ends and the first sides. The first crop engagement face includes at least one of a first thresher profile portion and a first separator profile portion.
