A constant tension mechanism of tying net for roll bales, that allows varying the stretching tension of the material in accordance with different diameters and thus provide a tying tension that allows keeping the geometry of the roll bale throughout time.

Motor-drive for application of wrap material to crop packages
A system and a method for moving wrap material in a baler are described. A motor can be secured to the baler and can be configured to rotate a wrap roller of the baler. The motor can be caused to rotate the wrap roller in a first direction, such that the wrap roller moves the wrap material towards a crop package contained by the baler. The motor can also be caused, during application of the wrap material to the crop package, to brake the wrap roller relative to the first roller direction or to rotate the wrap roller in a second direction that is opposite the first direction, in order to stretch the wrap material.
BALE WRAPPER APPARATUS AND METHOD OF WRAPPING AN AGRICULTURAL BALE
A bale wrapper apparatus includes a table for supporting the bale and rotating the bale about a first axis; a film dispenser including a film holder and a pre-stretcher unit; a drive device for driving relative rotation between the table and the film dispenser about a second axis that is substantially perpendicular to the first axis, and a control unit that controls the pre-stretcher unit. The control unit is configured to control the pre-stretcher unit such that during rotation of the bale, the amount of pre-stretching applied to the film alternates between a first elongation level and a second elongation level. The first elongation level is greater than the second elongation level, such that a part of the film that is pre-stretched at the second elongation level is positioned on a corner of the bale, and a part of the film that is pre-stretched at the first elongation level is positioned on an end face or a side surface of the bale.
Indexing net wrap system
A wrapping mechanism is described that comprises at least two material support cylinders, a mechanism support cylinder, and a first and a second support plate, which are all rotatable about a support axis. The wrapping mechanism can comprise a pair of frame plates, a drive mechanism, a brake system, a lock mechanism, at least one feed roller and a feed plate. The wrapping mechanism can be integrated into an agricultural harvester such as a baler or combine.
Spread roll cap system
An end cap for a spreader roll has a base portion and a pin portion, wherein the pin portion inserts into a bearing mechanism to allow the material spread roll to rotate. The base portion includes a mechanism to prevent wrapping material stretched by the material spread roll from reaching the bearing mechanism.
WRAP MATERIAL TRANSFER DEVICE
A transfer device includes an arm that has a first end and a second end. The transfer device includes a pivot positioned at the first end of the arm. The pivot is configured to be secured to a baling machine. The transfer device includes a lifting device positioned on the arm. The lifting device is configured to be attached to a bale wrap material supply roll.

Wherein, the second axis is offset from the bracket axis. Further wherein, the bracket is pivotable about the bracket axis to reposition the second axis relative to the first axis.
