Identification printing system for an agricultural bale

An identification printing system for a wrapped agricultural bale includes a controller having a memory and a processor. The controller is configured to control a bale rotation system to drive the wrapped agricultural bale to rotate within a bale carrier of a baler, control a print head to print identification information onto an outer circumferential surface of a bale wrap of the wrapped agricultural bale in multiple locations as the wrapped agricultural bale is rotating, control the bale rotation system to terminate rotation of the wrapped agricultural bale, and control an ejection system to eject the wrapped agricultural bale from the baler a target duration after terminating rotation of the wrapped agricultural bale.

BALE WRAP MONITORING SYSTEM FOR AN AGRICULTURAL HARVESTER

A bale wrap monitoring system for an agricultural harvester includes a controller having a processor and a memory. The controller is configured to receive a sensor signal from a sensor indicative of presence of a bale wrap on a bale of agricultural product, and the sensor is directed toward the bale. Furthermore, the controller is configured to determine the bale wrap is present on the bale based on feedback from the sensor. The controller is also configured to output a bale wrap presence signal in response to determining the bale wrap is present on the bale.

BALE EJECTION CONTROL SYSTEM FOR AN AGRICULTURAL HARVESTER

A bale ejection control system for an agricultural harvester includes a controller having a processor and a memory. The controller is configured to receive a bale wrap presence signal indicative of presence of a bale wrap on a bale of agricultural product within a baler of the agricultural harvester and to receive a bale absence signal indicative of absence of a previous bale on a bale handler of the agricultural harvester. The controller is also configured to determine a bale wrapping process is complete based on presence of the bale wrap on the bale and to determine the bale handler is available based on absence of the previous bale on the bale handler. Furthermore, the controller is configured to control a bale ejection system to eject the bale from the baler in response to determining the bale wrapping process is complete and the bale handler is available.
