Flushing circuit for a hydraulic machine
A hydraulic machine including an improved sweep circuit, adapted to form a primary sweep stream circulating from an inlet orifice successfully in a proximal portion, in a middle portion and in a distal portion of the hydraulic machine, then in the middle portion and in the proximal portion up to an outlet orifice.

Linear FRAC pump drive system safety deflector
A linear pump includes a centrally-disposed drive system and a plunger having a center portion coupled to the drive system, and first and second fluid ends disposed at the first and second ends of the plunger. The pump further includes first and second packing seals each being disposed about the plunger to isolate fluids within the respective first and second fluid ends. First and second adapters are disposed at an interface between the drive system and respective first and second fluid ends, each adapter incorporating an angled deflector configured to deflect and redirect high-pressure fluids escaping past the respective packing seal toward the drive system.
Method for determining malfunction of a liquid drainage pump and related control device and liquid drainage pump
A method for determining malfunction in a liquid drainage pump includes: obtaining a liquid discharge condition during operation of the liquid drainage pump in a first mode, the liquid discharge condition including one or more of a time variation trend of liquid in a liquid storage tank of the liquid drainage pump, start and stop times of the liquid drainage pump, a liquid discharge volume per unit time, and a liquid discharge speed of the liquid drainage pump; determining whether a liquid discharge abnormality occurred based on the liquid discharge condition; and determining that the liquid drainage pump has a malfunction when a statistical number of liquid discharge abnormalities in a continuous time period exceeds a first threshold. The method can quickly determine whether a liquid drainage pump has a liquid discharge malfunction such as a blockage or component damage, and reduce time and effort of manual troubleshooting.
