Hydrostatic axial piston machine of swash plate design with an adjustable swept volume, in particular hydrostatic axial piston pump
A hydrostatic axial piston machine includes a housing, a cylinder barrel, and a drive shaft, which are connected together and mounted in the housing so as to rotate jointly about a first axis. The machine also includes a swash plate mounted in the housing so as to pivot about a second axis to adjust a swept volume of the machine. The machine further includes a hydraulic actuating apparatus, which has an actuating piston that delimits an actuating chamber. The machine also includes a regulating valve attached to a flange face of the housing. The regulating valve has connections situated in the flange face that are used to communicate hydraulic fluid to and from the actuating chamber. The flange face is arranged obliquely so as to enclose an angle with the second axis that is greater than 0 and smaller than 90.
Adjustable distribution plate for an axial piston assembly
Systems and methods are provided for a hydraulic axial piston assembly. The hydraulic axial piston assembly may include a distributor plate, a bearing element directly and orthogonally connected to a side of the distributor plate, and an adjustment screw orthogonally connected to the bearing element, where the adjustment screw is externally accessible and manually rotatable to adjust a timing angle of the distributor plate.
Connector plate, hydraulic machine having a connector plate, and hydrostatic unit having a hydraulic machine and a hydraulic attachment part
A connector plate, for mechanically and hydraulically connecting a hydraulic machine with a hydraulic attachment part, includes a plurality of hydrostatic connector recesses. Each recess has a first side that includes a first orifice opening to the hydraulic attachment part, and a second side with a second orifice opening to the hydraulic machine. The plurality of orifices are arranged so as to open in a substantially axially parallel manner with respect to a drive shaft of the hydraulic machine. A hydraulic machine includes such a connector plate, and a hydrostatic unit includes such a hydraulic machine and a hydraulic attachment part.
AXIAL PISTON HYDRAULIC PUMP
The invention relates to a hydraulic pump wherein a barrel is in sliding connection with a shaft and is driven in rotation by the shaft. A housing is formed in the barrel, the shaft sliding in the housing while projecting from the front face of the barrel. The housing and the shaft defining between them a balancing chamber, the balancing chamber being connected to a delivery aperture in such a way that fluid in the balancing chamber exerts a compressive force on the barrel which tends to press the barrel against a port plate.
VARIABLE CAPACITY PISTON PUMP
A variable capacity piston pump including a control piston pressing a pressed portion of a swashplate from a cylinder block side to adjust an inclination of the swashplate between a maximum inclination and a minimum inclination, and a swashplate return spring biasing the pressed portion of the swashplate toward the cylinder block side of the sliding contact surface, wherein there is a positional relationship in which a vertical reference line passes between a first seat surface center position of the swashplate return spring when the swashplate is at the maximum inclination and a second seat surface center position of the swashplate return spring when the swashplate is at the minimum inclination.
FLUID PRESSURE PUMP AND FLUID PRESSURE SYSTEM
A fluid pressure pump and a fluid pressure system in which leakage of fluid and ablation of a cylinder block and a port plate can be prevented by pressing the cylinder block to the port plate with an appropriate pressing force. A hydraulic pump includes a cylinder block that has a cylinder chamber that may be in communication with an oil passage of a port plate and in which a piston is housed; and a cylinder block pressing means imparting, to the cylinder block, a pressing force that presses the cylinder block to the port plate. The cylinder block pressing mechanism has a changing means that changes the force that presses the cylinder block to the port plate.
Piston pump
A hand-operated piston pump includes a drive shaft and a rotor mounted in a housing case, the rotor having axial compression chambers, a piston biased by an elastic member sliding in each compression chamber and having a projecting end that engages a cam track; a fluid reservoir in the housing case; a valve plate downstream of the rotor having conduits for a pressurized fluid that communicate with conduits in walls of the compression chambers, the valve plate being non-rotatably mounted below the housing case and communicating with conduits that carry the pressurized fluid to and from a consuming unit through an interposed check valve inserted in a corresponding valve body, the valve body having an upper flange with fluid supply and return channels communicating with the fluid conduits of the valve plate. The valve plate floats relative to the upper flange and is separated therefrom by a separating member.
