A rotational output assembly is configured to provide power to a drive assembly to cause pumping by a pump. The rotational output assembly includes an electric motor and a pinion drive projecting axially from the motor. The pinion drive interfaces with bearings supported on a pump frame. The pinion drive includes a gear teeth section between portions interfacing with the bearings supported on the pump frame. The gear teeth section interfaces with a drive gear of the drive assembly to cause rotation of the drive gear.

Pressure pump balancing system

A system may include multiple strain gauges and multiple position sensors positioned on multiple pressure pumps. The strain gauges may measure strain in chambers of the pressure pumps. The position sensors may measure positions of rotating members of the pressure pumps. One or more computing devices may be communicatively couplable to the strain gauges and the position sensors to determine an adjustment to a flow rate of fluid through at least one pump using a strain measurement and a position measurement for the at least one pump such that a timing of changes in composition of the fluid delivered to into a first manifold at an input for the pressure pumps matches the timing of the changes in composition of the fluid delivered from a second manifold at an output for the pressure pumps.

The sealing system is enhanced to reduce leaks and thermal stresses. The pump also has an improved frame and chassis to reduce NVH and enhance reliability.

The first liquid storage cylinder (11) is provided with a first liquid entry and exit port (111). The second liquid storage cylinder (12) is provided with a second liquid entry and exit port (121). One end of the first plunger (13) is inserted into an internal cavity of the first liquid storage cylinder (11). One end of the second plunger (14) is inserted into an internal cavity of the second liquid storage cylinder (12). Further provided is a liquid dispensing device (100). The advantageous effect of the invention is: during each linear reciprocating movement cycle of the first plunger (13) and the second plunger (14), the first liquid storage cylinder (11) and the second liquid storage cylinder (12) discharge corresponding ingredients according to a pre-determined mixing ratio, and a mixed solution according to the pre-determined mixing ratio is obtained, thereby achieving precise mixing of different ingredients. In addition, the dispensing pump (10) discharges ingredients at a consistent ratio, thereby achieving uniform mixing without a dedicated mixer.

Cladded valve seat, assembly, and methods for cladding such seat

This disclosure provides a valve seat having cladded surfaces of high hardness in order to improve the service life of valve seats. The cladded surfaces may include various materials of favorable mechanical properties for mitigating failure mechanisms known for common valve seats (e.g., having a common base metal throughout). In one example, the cladded surfaces are created using an additive manufacturing process, such as laser metal deposition. The cladded surfaces offer advantages including metallurgical bonding, localized low heat input at the laser focus (thus enabling accurate control of temperature and mitigating undesirable heat treatment effects), ductility in middle layers for increasing impact resistance, variable cladding thickness (optionally exceeding 1 mm), increased hardness by material and fusing temperature selections, corrosion resistance, modification of mechanical properties of the same selected material, and allowing for sensor embedment.
