Vehicle cleaner unit and vehicle provided with vehicle cleaner unit
This vehicle cleaner unit, for cleaning a to-be-cleaned object mounted on the vehicle, is provided with: a single motor; a single pump comprising a cylinder which extends in a longitudinal direction of the vehicle cleaner unit and into which air is introduced, and a piston which can carry out linear motion in the longitudinal direction inside of the cylinder and which blows air to outside of the vehicle cleaning unit at high pressure; a biasing spring which biases the piston to a first side in the longitudinal direction; and a single worm mechanism which transmits rotary motion of the motor to cause the piston to carry out linear motion to the second side opposite of the first side. The rotation axis of the motor and the longitudinal direction are parallel, and the motor and the pump are positioned on the same side of the worm mechanism in the longitudinal direction.
SYRINGE PUMP
A syringe pump for aspirating and dispensing fluids is provided. The syringe pump includes a pump casing having an inlet port and an outlet port, a ceramic piston liner received within the pump casing and a ceramic piston. The liner has an internal bore formed by a cylindrical wall, wherein the cylindrical wall further defines a fluid path between the inlet port and the outlet port of the pump casing. The piston is axially movable within the bore of the piston to urge a flow of fluid between said inlet port and said outlet port via said fluid path.
Using balloon as damper for port of a reciprocating pump
A disposable single-piston dual-action reciprocating pump part includes a single piston, an output port, and a balloon damper. The output port is configured for outputting fluid pumped by the single piston. The balloon damper is fitted in the output port, and the balloon damper is configured to suppress a pulsation in a flow rate of the outputted fluid.
Tandem motor linear rod pump
A method for operating a tandem motor linear rod pumping apparatus that includes first and second linear mechanical actuator systems each having a motor, and also includes a rod for a sucker-rod pump. The method calls for constructing the first and second linear mechanical actuator systems to operate within a single housing, and simultaneously operating each of the two motors in a manner that imparts reciprocating vertical motion to respective-vertically movable members of the first and second linear mechanical actuator systems. Each motor has a reversibly rotatable element that is operatively connected to the vertically-movable member of its respective linear mechanical actuator system, thus establishing a fixed relationship between the rotational position of the rotatable element and the vertical position of its respective vertically-movable member. The simultaneous operation of the two motors imparts a reciprocating vertical motion to the pump rod of the sucker-rod pump.
Compressor for pressurized fluid output
A compressor moves a fluid from an inlet to an outlet and provides a pressure differential there between due to respective pistons moving in and out of a plurality of piston chambers via a piston rod. A rotating shaft extends through a grooved end plate, and the rotating shaft is connected to either the grooved end plate or the piston rod. The grooved end plate defines an off center or eccentric groove. A bearing extends from the piston rod and fits within the groove such that when the rotational motion of the shaft rotates either the piston rod or the grooved end plate, the piston rod slides back and forth relative to the rotating shaft. Each position of the bearing within the groove determines a corresponding position of the piston rod relative to the rotating shaft. Each pair of pistons may extend from a single, continuous piston rod.
ROTATIONAL METERING PUMP FOR INSULIN PATCH
A rotary pump for a fluid metering system is provided. The rotary pump reciprocates, and is reversed by a signal from a limit switch that is deflected by an actuator arm on a rotating sleeve of the pump system.
ROTATIONAL METERING PUMP WITH CAM-DRIVEN VALVING SHUTTLE INTERLOCK
A rotary pump for a fluid metering system is provided. The rotary pump reciprocates, and is reversed by a signal from a limit switch that is deflected by an actuator arm on a rotating sleeve of the pump system. The rotary pump includes a plunger and optional stopper formed from a two-shot molding process, and including seals overmolded onto the head of the plunger and the head of the optional stopper.
Auto-reversing driveshaft system and method
An auto-reversing driveshaft system/method configured to traverse in alternating longitudinal directions along a common driveshaft axis is disclosed. The system utilizes right-hand-thread (RHT) and left-hand-thread (LHT) channels along a target driveshaft (TDS) to engage dual drive pins (DDP) that are mechanically linked to an axial engagement collar (AEC) mechanically coupled to a motion driver platform (MDP). The AEC may be configured as a two-piece symmetric collar (TSC) in which the DDP are individually retained. The RHT and LHT are configured to implement a selected forward traverse rate (FTR) and reverse traverse rate (RTR) respectively for the DDP and AEC along the longitudinal axis of the TDS. The FTR and RTR may vary along the longitudinal axis of the TDS. The system and method are particularly applicable to the implementation of level winders, pumps, and/or situations where variable longitudinal traversal rates along the TDS are desired.
MODULAR CHEMICAL DISPENSER AND PUMP FOR SAME
A chemical dispenser (14) includes a housing (40), a controller (34) disposed in the housing (40) for operating the chemical dispenser (14), at least one module bay (64) in the housing (40) and at least one module (66) selectively coupled to the at least one module bay (64) and operatively coupled to the controller (34) for operation with the chemical dispenser (14). The at least one module (66) may be selected from a plurality of modules each capable of being coupled to the at least one module bay (64) and operating under the control of the controller (34). A low-maintenance piston pump module (90, 240, 340) for use with the chemical dispenser (14) is also disclosed.
Drug delivery shuttle pump system and valve assembly
A multiple pulse volume shuttle pump powered by a shape memory alloy (SMA) wire is disclosed. In some embodiments, a shuttle pump system may include a pump chamber, a valve operable with the pump chamber, and a wire coupled to a valve shaft of the valve for controlling a position of the valve. The shuttle pump system may further include a pin disposed within an inset pathway of a cam, wherein the pin is moveable between multiple positions of the inset pathway in response to actuation of the valve shaft.
