Piston pump
A piston pump, in particular for a motor vehicle, includes a piston that is movably mounted in a housing. The piston pump further includes a linear actuator for moving the piston in a first direction. The piston pump further includes a return spring for moving the piston in a second direction. The end face of a first end of the piston delimits a first pressure chamber that is associated with a first hydraulic circuit. The end face of a second end of the piston delimits a second pressure chamber.
OSCILLATING DISPLACEMENT PUMP HAVING AN ELECTRODYNAMIC DRIVE AND METHOD FOR OPERATION THEREOF
An oscillating positive displacement pump with at least one mobile part arranged to be movable relative to a fixed part. The mobile part is driven and drives a displacement element of the positive displacement pump. An electrodynamic drive is provided as a drive, on which a plurality of coils and permanent magnets are provided that are arranged on the mobile part of the drive respectively, and at least one guide member is provided on the drive, which allows the mobile part to move only along a degree of translation freedom. The positive displacement pump is designed as a diaphragm pump, which is associated with a measurement and control unit with a data storage and data processor, which processes a position signal of the mobile part and the strength of the drive current as a measured and/or control variable. An arrangement of a plurality of such positive displacement pumps and a method of operating at least one such oscillating positive displacement pump are also provided.
Operating method and actuation device for a piston pump
The invention relates to a method for operating a piston pump (10) which is driven by means of a coil (1) of an electromagnet. A piston (2) of the piston pump (10) can be moved in a cylinder (3) for pumping purposes by means of the electromagnet. A voltage (U) is applied to the coil (1) during a switch-on period such that a current flows through the coil (1) and the piston (2) is accelerated, said voltage being applied by means of an actuation device (11). A time curve of an electric state variable (I, U) of the coil (1) is qualitatively detected, and the curve or a curve derived therefrom is analyzed in order to detect an impact of the piston (2) against a stop. The invention further relates to an actuation device and a piston pump.

The invention relates to a magnet assembly (1) for an actuation and/or delivery assembly, in particular a delivery pump for an operating medium/additive in a motor vehicle, comprising an annular magnetic coil (2) and a pole body (3) which at least partly engages into the magnetic coil (2) and on which a compression spring (4) is directly or indirectly supported in order to restore an armature (5) that can carry out a stroke movement. According to the invention, the pole body (3) has a magnetic throttle point (6) in a hollow cylindrical section for guiding the armature (5), wherein the magnetic permeability of the pole body (3) is reduced in the region of the throttle point. An apparatus for pumping a fluid from a fluid inlet to a fluid outlet is disclosed. The apparatus comprises: a spool axially movable within a cavity, wherein a first chamber is located at a first axial end of the cavity and a second chamber is located at a second axial end of the cavity, wherein the volume of the first chamber and the second chamber varies depending upon the axial position of the spool within the cavity; a valve movable between a first position and a second position, wherein in the first position the valve is configured to convey fluid from the fluid inlet to the first chamber and from the second chamber to the fluid outlet, and in the second position the valve is configured to convey fluid from the fluid inlet to the second chamber and from the first chamber to the fluid outlet.
AGRICULTURAL PLANT PROTECTION MACHINES AND DIAPHRAGM PUMPS THEREOF
An agricultural plant protection machine and a diaphragm pump thereof are provided. The diaphragm pump includes a pump body including a containing cavity; a pump cover on the pump body; a diaphragm in the containing cavity, which and the pump cover surround to form a cavity; and a driving mechanism in the containing cavity. The driving mechanism includes a push rod, a coil assembly and an elastic reset member. The push rod is connected to the diaphragm and the elastic reset member. When the coil assembly is powered on and powered off alternately, the push rod makes a reciprocating linear motion to drive the diaphragm to reciprocate relative to the pump cover so as to reduce or enlarge the cavity.

Induced electromagnetic pump using rotating magnetic field
Provided is an induced electromagnetic pump using a rotating magnetic field. The induced electromagnetic pump includes a flow channel pipe through which a conducting fluid passes, a fluid inlet formed at an outer surface of the flow channel pipe in one direction and through which the conducting fluid flows into the flow channel pipe, a fluid outlet formed at the outer surface at which fluid inlet is formed in the same direction thereas and through which the conducting fluid is discharged from the flow channel pipe, and a plurality of electromagnetic coils arranged at certain intervals on one surface of the flow channel pipe and connected to U-phase power, V-phase power, and W-phase.

Provided herein is a mechanical resonant system, comprising a frame; at least one pump disposed on the frame; one or two masses coupled to the frame by a first plurality of resilient members; and at least one voice coil actuator disposed within the frame and coupled to the at least one pump or to the one or two masses; wherein when the system comprises two masses, a second plurality of resilient members couple the masses to each other. Also provided are methods for using these mechanical resonant systems to evacuate a chamber, to compress air, or sense changes in pressure.
