MANUAL DUAL-DIRECTIONAL INFLATING DEVICE
The inflating device has a body, a large cylinder, a small cylinder, a handle, a switching mechanism, and a switching device. The large cylinder is mounted moveably in the body and has an upper input gap, an inner bottom base, and a bottom base. The upper input gap is defined between an outer surface of a bottom end of the large cylinder and an inner surface of a first chamber of the body. The bottom base is connected with the large cylinder, is located below the inner bottom base, and has a first annular holding recess and a first O-ring. The small cylinder is mounted moveably in a second chamber of the large cylinder and has a piston base. The handle is mounted on the top end of the small cylinder. The switching mechanism is mounted on the top end of the large cylinder.
Swash plate and method of manufacturing swash plate
A swash plate includes 34.5 to 43.0 wt % of copper (Cu) and 0.5 to 2.8 wt % of silicon (Si), with a remainder of aluminum (Al) and other inevitable impurities.
SHOE FOR COMPRESSOR
There is provided a shoe for a compressor with improved seizure resistance. The shoe for the compressor includes: a first sliding face that slides on a piston; a second sliding face that slides on a swash plate; and a recess formed in the second sliding face. In a section along a height direction and scaled up 1000 times in the height direction and 10 times in a radial direction, a connecting portion between the second sliding face and the recess 53 is formed in a rounded shape with a radius R2 larger than 5 mm.
PRECISE CONTROL OF SUCTION DAMPING DEVICE IN A VARIABLE DISPLACEMENT COMPRESSOR
A suction damping device for a variable displacement compressor includes a rotor rotatably received within a stator disposed in a suction port of the variable displacement compressor. The rotor includes an aperture and the stator includes a pair of opposing openings in selective fluid communication with the aperture of the rotor. An electromagnetic device controls a rotational position of the rotor relative to the stator based on a condition of an electrically controlled valve used to control an angle of inclination of a swashplate of the variable displacement compressor. A changing of the rotational position of the rotor relative to the stator causes a variable overlap to be formed between the aperture of the rotor and the openings of the stator to control a flow of a refrigerant through the suction damping device.
AIR-CONDITIONING SYSTEM WITH INTEGRATED SORBENT BODY
An air conditioning system for a vehicle includes a refrigerant circulating through a closed system including a condenser, a compressor, and an evaporator. A sorbent body, which may be a desiccant-entrained polymer, is disposed inside the compressor to remove moisture from the refrigerant passing therethrough.
Double-headed piston type swash plate compressor
A double-headed piston type swash plate compressor includes a rotation shaft, a housing, a swash plate, two cylinder bores, a double-headed piston, and two shoes. The double-headed piston includes two shoe holders, a neck, two heads, and two coupling portions. Each of the coupling portions includes an outer portion and an inner portion. A direction orthogonal to both of an opposing direction of the inner portion and the outer portion and the axial direction of the double-headed piston is referred to as a widthwise direction. The neck is larger in the widthwise direction than in the opposing direction so that the neck is deformable in the opposing direction. Each of the two coupling portions has a width that is less than or equal to a width of the neck. The inner portion includes a narrow portion. The narrow portion is at least partially located closer to the head than the shoe holder in the inner portion. The two coupling portions are deformable in the widthwise direction when the swash plate applies load to the double-headed piston.
VARIABLE DISPLACEMENT SWASH PLATE TYPE COMPRESSOR
A variable displacement swash plate type compressor includes a first and a second valve body, and a suction and a bleed window. An open degree of the suction window is minimized by the first valve body and an open degree of the bleed window is maximized by the second valve body when a suction pressure is lower than a predetermined suction pressure and a crank chamber pressure is higher than a control pressure. The open degree of the suction window is increased and the open degree of the bleed window is maximized when the suction pressure is higher than the predetermined suction pressure and the crank chamber pressure is higher than the control pressure. The open degree of the suction window and the open degree of the bleed window are decreased when the crank chamber pressure is lower than the control pressure.
Compressor swash plate and compressor equipped with same
A compressor swash plate includes a base member having a flat plate shape, and a coating layer formed on a surface of the base member and having projections formed in a linear shape, in which the following inequalities are satisfied when a plane part formed on a prism is pressed against the coating layer with a pressure of 30 MPa: 0.01B0.06 and 10S40, where B indicates widths (mm) of surfaces of the projections in contact with the plane part, and S indicates a percentage (%) of a total sum of an area Si of the contact surfaces (a gross area of the surfaces of the projections in contact with the plane part) relative to a reference area (an area of a part of the coating layer against which the plane part is pressed).
Piston drive assembly
A piston drive assembly, including: a housing enclosing each of: a plurality of cylinders, each cylinder having an axis substantially parallel to the axis of the other cylinders; a plurality of pistons, one piston in each cylinder; a wobble plate connected to each of the plurality of pistons; a swashplate rotatably fixed to a drive shaft such that the drive shaft can rotate the swash plate or the swash plate can rotate the drive shaft, wherein the drive shaft extends through the entire length of the housing.
The inner portion includes a narrow portion and a wide portion. The wide portion projects out of the narrow portion in the widthwise direction and has a larger width than the narrow portion. An outer surface of the wide portion is slidable on a wall surface of the corresponding cylinder bore when the double-headed piston reciprocates in the cylinder bores.
