Piston compressor including a suction throttle

A piston compressor includes a housing including a cylinder block having cylinder bores. The housing has a discharge chamber, a swash plate chamber, and an axial hole. The piston compressor includes a drive shaft, a fixed swash plate, a piston, a discharge valve, a rotating body, and a control valve. The rotating body has a second communication passage that communicates with first communication passages intermittently by rotation of the drive shaft. A flow rate of refrigerant gas discharged from the compression chambers into the discharge chamber decreases when a communication angle around the axis becomes large per a rotation of the drive shaft depending on a position of the rotating body in the direction of the axis. The piston compressor includes a suction throttle that decreases the flow rate of refrigerant gas in the compression chamber when the communication angle becomes large based on the control pressure.

Piston compressor

A piston compressor includes a housing, a drive shaft, a fixed swash plate, a plurality of pistons, a movable body, and a control valve. The housing includes a cylinder block having a plurality of cylinder bores and a plurality of first communication passages. The movable body has a second communication passage that intermittently communicates with each of the first communication passages by rotation of the drive shaft. A flow rate of refrigerant discharged from a compression chamber into a discharge chamber changes according to a position of the movable body in a direction of an axis of the drive shaft. The control valve is configured to control a control pressure. The first communication passages are connected to the second communication passage by the movable body and disconnected from the second communication passage by the drive shaft.

A multi-stage compressor includes a compression module configured to compress a refrigerant therein through reciprocation of a plurality of pistons provided in a front housing, a rear housing coupled to the front housing to define an internal space between the front housing and the rear housing; a separation plate located between the front housing and the rear housing to separate the internal space between the front housing and the rear housing into a front space and a rear space; and a partition wall coupled to the rear housing to partition the rear space into an injection space before a refrigerant injected thereinto is primarily compressed, a primary discharge space from which the refrigerant is discharged in a primary compressed state by some of the pistons, and a secondary discharge space from which the primary compressed refrigerant is discharged.

Compressor

A compressor having a front housing in which a crank chamber is formed. A cylinder block is coupled to an opposite surface facing the front housing and includes reciprocating pistons in a plurality of cylinder bores. A rear housing is coupled to an opposite surface facing the cylinder block, the rear housing includes a suction chamber and a discharge chamber formed therein. A rotating shaft 400 is inserted via centers of the front housing and the cylinder block, the shaft inserted into a swash plate. A diameter maintenance part is configured to constantly maintain a diameter based on an axis direction of the piston 220. A sensor part is configured to sense a speed and a stroke of the piston in accordance with a change in position of a position determination part positioned on one side of the diameter maintenance part.

CONTROL VALVE AND VARIABLE CAPACITY COMPRESSOR

A control valve and a variable capacity compressor which are capable of preventing an unnecessary loss of control gas to improve efficiency of the compressor reduces loss of control gas by eliminating a fixed orifice hole in an existing valve assembly and forming it in a control valve or a passage connecting the control valve and a crank chamber. The size of the fixed orifice hole is variable (which is possible by selectively opening and closing a plurality of holes) depending on the operation of the compressor. On the other hand, forming the fixed orifice hole in the passage connecting the control valve and the crank chamber causes the loss of control gas to be reduced because the fixed orifice hole can be machined to a smaller size compared to an existing orifice hole, the minimum size of which is limited due to difficulty of machining.
