Hermetic compressor comprising a suction acoustic filter
The present utility model application refers to a new constructive arrangement introduced in acoustic filter of hermetic compressor, and more particularly, a new constructive arrangement that optimizes the suction flow of the acoustic filter, which is normally arranged within the hermetic housing of the hermetic compressor. The suction acoustic filter (1) is composed by at least one outlet pipe (2), outlet pipe (2) comprising at least two independent suction outlets (21). Each independent suction outlet (21) extending along outlet pipe (2).
Shunt pulsation trap for positive-displacement machinery
A shunt pulsation trap for a positive-displacement gas-transfer machine having a gas transfer chamber with an intake port and a discharge port and having at least one positive-displacement drive device (such as two cooperating rotors) defining a compression region of the transfer chamber. The trap includes a pulsation-trap chamber arranged for parallel fluid flow with the machine transfer chamber. The trap has a first (e.g., inlet) port in communication with the compression region of the transfer chamber (e.g., at least one lobe span away or totally isolated from the transfer-chamber intake port), a second (e.g., discharge) port in communication with the discharge port of the transfer chamber, and at least one pulsation dampener in the pulsation-trap chamber. In this way, the shunt pulsation trap traps and attenuates gas pulsations before discharge from the machinery transfer chamber, thereby reducing induced NVH and improving machinery efficiency.
DEVICE FOR DAMPENING PRESSURE PULSATIONS IN A GAS FLOW
A device for dampening pressure pulsations in a gas flow including a vessel with an inlet and an outlet, the vessel defines an internal volume for the transit of the gas; a choke tube in fluid communication with the vessel and placed completely outside the internal volume of the vessel.
LINEAR COMPRESSOR
A linear compressor is provided. The linear compressor may include a cylinder including a cylinder body that defines a compression space for a refrigerant and a cylinder flange that extends from the cylinder body in a radial direction; a piston that reciprocates within the cylinder in an axial direction; and a frame coupled to the cylinder. The frame may include a frame body into which the cylinder body may be inserted and a first press-fitting portion press-fitted into the cylinder flange.
LINEAR COMPRESSOR
A linear compressor is provided that may include a casing, a frame accommodated in the casing, a cylinder that passes through a center of the frame, supported by the frame, and defining a compression space for a refrigerant, a piston inserted into the cylinder to reciprocate in an axial direction of the cylinder and having a first end that compresses the refrigerant supplied to the compression space, a suction muffler which is coupled to a second end of the piston and through which the refrigerant supplied to the compression space may flow, a spring that allows a resonant motion of the piston, a back cover including a cover body that defines a refrigerant opening at a central portion, such that a refrigerant passes therethrough, the back cover supporting the spring, and an inflow guide which is fixed to the cover body and guides the refrigerant passing through the refrigerant opening towards an inside of the suction muffler. At least a portion of the inflow guide may be inserted into the suction muffler, and a central axis thereof may be aligned with a central axis of the refrigerant opening.
Linear compressor
The present disclosure relates to a linear compressor. The linear compressor according to an aspect of the present disclosure includes a shell, a cylinder, a piston, and a muffler. Also, an internal space in which at least a portion of the muffler is inserted is formed in the piston, and the muffler is disposed in contact with the inner wall of the piston forming the internal space.
Discharge Acoustic Filter, Manufacturing Process of Discharge Acoustic Filter and Hermetic Compressor
The present invention lies in the field of mechanical engineering and describes a discharge acoustic filter. Specifically, the present invention includes a discharge acoustic filter, optionally made of polymeric material in which the connections between the discharge chambers are internally disposed, in order to reduce the surface area of the discharge acoustic filter, reducing heat exchange in relation to the hermetic volume, thus, increasing thermal efficiency and reducing the energy consumption of the system.
Elliptical shaped hermetic compressor shell with offset electrical connector
A sealed compressor housing includes a tubular top cover and a tubular lower housing each with an elliptical horizontal cross section that can be snap-fitted together. Major and minor axial centerlines of the top cover and the lower housing respectively coincide with each other. A terminal pin is provided on the lower housing and is disposed axially symmetrical about a centerline of the terminal pin. A portion of the top face on the side of the terminal pin and a front side of the top face are higher than a rear side thereof. A bottom outer surface of the lower housing has a smooth ellipsoid shape. An angle is formed between the centerline of the terminal pin and the major axial centerlines.
RECIPROCATING COMPRESSOR
A reciprocating compressor includes a cylinder that defines a compressing space and a discharge muffler configured to receive refrigerant compressed in the cylinder and to discharge the refrigerant. The discharge muffler includes a discharge muffler body and a discharge guide supported by the discharge muffler body. The discharge muffler body defines a discharge space configured to receive the refrigerant from the cylinder and includes a wall protruding from an inner circumferential surface of the discharge muffler body. The discharge guide is coupled to the wall and includes a pipe that defines a pipe inflow hole configured to receive the refrigerant from the discharge space and a pipe outflow hole configured to discharge the refrigerant. The discharge guide further includes a fixing bracket that couples the pipe to the discharge muffler body.
RECIPROCATING COMPRESSOR
A reciprocating compressor includes a suction muffler including a partition wall that partitions an inner space of the suction muffler into multiple spaces. The suction muffler further includes a guide pipe that is provided at the partition wall and that defines a resonance hole configured to reduce noise in a specific band.
