20240423135 · 2024-12-26 ·

An agricultural machine system includes a baling system. The baling system includes a bale forming region. The baling system also includes a tensioning arm rotatably coupled to a frame of the baling system at a pivot. The baling system also includes a first plurality of rollers disposed about the bale forming region. The baling system also includes a second plurality of rollers rotatably coupled to the tensioning arm. The baling system also includes a bale forming belt disposed about the bale forming region. The bale forming belt is engaged with the first plurality of rollers and the second plurality of rollers. A rotational axis of the pivot is positioned below a longitudinal central axis of a fully-formed bale disposed in the bale forming region at an end of a bale forming stage. At least a portion of each roller of the first plurality of rollers is disposed below a height of the fully-formed bale at the end of the bale forming stage.

REPAIR, CONVERSION OR RETROFIT KIT FOR A ROUND BALER

A repair, conversion or retrofit kit includes at least two continuously closable replacement baler belts which correspond substantially in their combined width to the width of a continuously closed baler belt to be replaced. The replacement baler belts may be closable in a force-fitting and/or form-fitting manner by a connecting means, and the connecting means may be at least partially hook connectors. In some embodiments, the repair, conversion or retrofit kit further includes at least one guide means arranged on the round baler such that at least two replacement baler belts each extend laterally with respect to the at least one guide means, and the at least two replacement baler belts are guided laterally with respect to one another. In some cases, the guide means is an auxiliary guide disk arranged on a rotatable shaft of the round baler.

BELT THAT IS CONTINUOUSLY CLOSED IN THE LONGITUDINAL DIRECTION, IN PARTICULAR ROUND BALER BELT

A belt, such as a round baler belt, includes a core region, and at least one peripheral region arranged transversely to a longitudinal direction of the belt, where the peripheral region has a protective element at least sectionally, and the belt is continuously closed in the longitudinal direction. In some cases, the protective element is arranged around the entire continuously closed circumference in the longitudinal direction. The protective element may be stretched more in the longitudinal direction than the core region. The protective element may be a metal element, and in some cases, is a steel wire. Further, the protective element may be configured in an interrupted manner in the longitudinal direction. In some cases, a plurality of protective elements are arranged in a manner overlapping one another sectionally in the longitudinal direction.

Bale wrapping system

A bale wrapping system includes a bale chamber configured to receive agricultural product and a belt configured to be disposed within the bale chamber. The belt is configured to be positioned between a bale wrap and an interior surface of the bale chamber while the belt is disposed within the bale chamber. Additionally, the belt is configured to support the bale wrap and to move into the bale chamber due to a weight of the agricultural product on the bale wrap. Further, the belt is configured to compact the agricultural product within the bale wrap, such that a bale of the agricultural product at least partially surrounded by the bale wrap is formed within the bale chamber.

Bale wrapping system

A bale wrap includes a wrapping layer configured to wrap around a bale of agricultural product, such that a first portion of the wrapping layer overlaps a second portion of the wrapping layer. Additionally, the bale wrap includes an adhesive layer embedded on or in the wrapping layer and configured to be activated by an adhesive activation mechanism. Activation of the adhesive layer enables the adhesive layer to bond the first portion of the wrapping layer to the second portion of the wrapping layer.
