DUAL-STAGE PUMP WITH SWITCHING VALVE
The present invention relates to a dual-stage pump for a hydraulic system with a housing, a high and low-pressure pump element, a common pressure outlet and a switching valve that is arranged between a tank connection and the low-pressure pump element. The switching valve has a spring element and a piston being movable against a force of the spring element relative to the housing and having a closing member that can be lifted from a valve seat by a control pressure that is tapped on the pressure outlet and applied in a control pressure chamber. On the one hand, the invention is characterized in that the switching valve comprises a tappet that is movable relative to the housing and configured to move the piston and arranged between the control pressure chamber and the piston and has a smaller effective diameter than the piston. On the other hand, the invention is characterized in that the dual-stage pump comprises at least one valve that can be screwed into the housing, wherein a cutting edge of the valve is sealingly cut into the housing.
HYDRAULICALLY ACTUATED DOUBLE-ACTING POSITIVE DISPLACEMENT PUMP SYSTEM FOR PRODUCING FLUIDS FROM A DEVIATED WELLBORE
A submersible, hydraulically actuated, multi-stage double-acting positive displacement pump system is provided. The system has a hydraulically actuated reciprocating linear double-acting motor centrally disposed between and connected to double-action fluid pumps on either side of the motor, with pistons of each of pump and the motor all in the annular space between an inner wall of the apparatus' cylindrical body and the outer wall of a cylindrical production fluid conduit concentrically disposed within the body, to pump wellbore fluid from outside the assembly through the pumps and into the central production fluid conduit. The rate and direction of hydraulic fluid flow through the actuator may be controlled by VFD motors and PLC controller on the ground, and through at least one electromechanical valve and two limit switches mounted to the downhole components.
Hydraulic end assembly structure of a plunger pump
A hydraulic end assembly structure of a plunger pump, comprising a valve housing assembly, a suction gland and a suction pressing cap. The suction gland is connected to the suction pressing cap, and the suction gland is connected to the valve housing assembly through the suction packing seal assembly.
Piston Fuel Pump
A piston-type fuel pump for an internal combustion engine includes a pump housing, a piston, an annular counterplate, and a non-return outlet valve. The pump housing includes a stepped opening and a piston opening. The piston is guided in the piston opening. The counterplate is pressed into the stepped opening and includes a valve seat. The non-return valve includes a valve element and a guide element. The guide element guides the valve element, is arranged radially outside the valve element and in the stepped opening, and includes a guide section, a retention section, and a support section. The guide section guides the valve element, the retention section is connected to the guide section via a radially extending connecting section, and the support section supports a valve spring. The sections are arranged axially at different points such that the guide section is between the counterplate and the support section.
PISTON-VALVE ENGAGEMENT IN FLUID SPRAYERS
A pump draws fluid from a reservoir and drives the fluid downstream to a spray tip where the fluid is applied to a surface. A piston is driven in a reciprocating manner to pump the fluid. A check valve is disposed downstream of the piston to regulate a flow of the fluid downstream from the piston. The pump is initially dry and is primed with fluid prior to operation. To facilitate priming, the piston is dimensioned to impact the ball and unseat a valve member of the check valve during a priming stroke, thereby ejecting any air from the pump through the check valve. With the air ejected from the pump, a vacuum is formed during a suction stroke of the piston, which draws fluid downstream from the reservoir to prime the pump.
SPRAYING APPARATUS
The present disclosure relates to a spraying apparatus for spraying a liquid onto a surface. The spraying apparatus includes a tank configured to store a liquid, a neck extending from the tank and defining an opening, a pump assembly including a collar removably attached to the neck, a pump configured to draw the liquid from the tank when actuated, and a housing defining a cavity therethrough to provide a carrying handle. A wand, separate from the tank, includes a body and a nozzle assembly, having a hub rotatably attached to the body and a plurality of nozzles circumferentially arranged around the hub and extending radially outwardly therefrom. An elongate hose, having a first end and a second end, interconnects the tank and the wand by attaching to the pump assembly of the tank at the first end and the body of the wand at the second end.
