HYDRO CUTTING TOOLS
Disclosed herein is a hydrolopper system comprising a herbicide reservoir and pump coupled using a supply line to a hydrolopper tool. Herbicide inside the herbicide reservoir is pumped through the supply line to a first spray head positioned at a distal end of the hydrolopper tool. The hydrolopper tool comprises a blade arm opposed to a landing arm extending from a from a first drive arm and a second drive arm. Closing of the drive arms causes consequent closure between a cutting jaws portion for cutting of vegetation. In some forms, the feedline travels through a cannula of a drive arm, whereas in other forms, the feedline is disposed on the outside of a drive arm. Herbicidal flow rate is controlled by a flow control valve.
Geared hand tool
A hand tool includes a first jaw; a second jaw rotatably coupled to the first jaw, the second jaw including a first set of projections and a first bearing surface, the first bearing surface having a first curvature; and a lever coupled to the first jaw, the lever including a second set of projections and a second bearing surface, the second bearing surface having a second curvature. During a movement of the first and second jaws from a full open position to a full close position, the first and second sets of projections are at least partially engaged to prevent a slippage between the first and second bearing surfaces that are in a rolling contact during the movement of the first and second jaws from the full open position to the full close position.
IMPROVEMENTS RELATING TO TOOL HANDLES
A pruning device comprises a pair of cooperating blades that are pivoted together and a pair of rigid elongate handle stems movable to and from each other for a user to operate the cooperating blades. Each handle stem is telescopic, having a first portion and a second portion that is slidably extendable relative to the first portion and the blades. Each handle stem has attached thereto a first grip located adjacent a distal end of its moveable portion and a second grip spaced apart from the first grip and located between the first grip and the blades.
Method for manufacturing blade beds of a garden shear
A method for manufacturing blade beds of a garden shear, wherein each of two blade beds has a length and a thickness far less than the length; the method includes: using extrusion method to extrude two blanks in directions parallel to directions of thickness of two blade beds respectively, wherein cross sections of the two blanks are shaped into the two blade beds; slicing the two blanks perpendicularly to the extruding direction into a plurality of pieces at intervals of distances equal to the thickness of the two blade beds respectively; and chamfering a plurality of peripheries of the pieces by punching.
Loppers with detachable saw and pruner
A tree pruning assembly is provided. The assembly comprises a lopper comprising two lopper handles pivotally connected to one another and a respective cutting blade arranged on an end of each of the lopper handles, a pruner adapted to be detachably connected to either one of the lopper handles, a saw adapted to be detachably connected to the other of the lopper handles, and a respective connection device for detachably connecting each of the pruner and the saw to a respective one of the lopper handles. The connection devices may be of identical construction so that the saw and pruner can each be connected to either of the lopper handles. A connection device for connecting a saw or pruner to a lopper handle is also encompassed by the present invention.

CUTTING TOOL WITH A VARIABLE PIVOT SYSTEM
A hand operated cutting tool includes a first handle coupled to a first cutting member, the first handle having a first set of projections; and, a second handle coupled to a second cutting member and movably coupled to the first handle, the second handle having a second set of projections. The handles are movable between a full open position and a full closed position, wherein a first region of movement is defined by the first and second sets of projections being at least partly engaged, and wherein a second region of movement is defined by the first and second sets of projections being disengaged.
