A POWER TOOL AND A DRIVING MECHANISM FOR USE IN A POWER TOOL
A driving mechanism for use in a power tool and a power tool comprising the driving mechanism in connection with a motor and an operation member. The driving mechanism includes a sliding member arranged to drive the operation member, the sliding member is arranged to move between a first sliding position and a second sliding position along a longitudinal axis during an operation of the power tool so as to drive the operation member to move between a first operation position and a second operation position respectively.
ELECTRIC POLE LOPPER
Disclosed in the present invention is an electric lopper, comprising a handle, a connecting pole and a pruning component which are connected in sequence, wherein the pruning component comprises a casing, a control mechanism and, connected in sequence, a motive power mechanism, a drive mechanism and a cutter set, wherein the motive power mechanism and the drive mechanism are disposed in the casing, the cutter set is disposed at that end of the casing which is remote from the motive power mechanism, a switch connected to the motive power mechanism is provided on the handle, and the control mechanism is connected to the drive mechanism; the drive mechanism is a worm gear/worm drive mechanism or a ball screw drive mechanism. The present invention is used for pruning bushes, branches, etc.
Extension rod and power tool having extension rod
An extension rod for a power tool may include a plurality of rod portions, with a first connector and a second connector connecting two of the rod portions. The second connector has a sleeve and a primary fastener. The first connector has a guide rod sized for insertion into the sleeve. The first connector also has a secondary fastener engaging with the primary fastener. A first guide ring, a second guide ring, and a third guide ring are located between the guide rod and the sleeve. The first guide ring, the second guide ring, and the third guide ring each include respective conical faces. At least one of the first, second, and third guide rings defines a notch.
Shearing tool with a compound lever mechanism
The present invention relates to a shearing tool such as scissors, comprising first and second cutting members pivotally coupled with each other, and a linkage pivotally coupled to the first and second cutting members, whereby the linkage and one of the first and second cutting members form together a compound lever mechanism. A force applied by an operator onto the shearing tool increases as an output by the linkage, and the increasing force is conveyed to that cutting member so that the cutting power of the shearing tool increase to allow hard-to-cut materials to be cut manually and easily with less effort from the operator.
Electric pruning machine
The disclosure provides an electric pruning machine which comprises a fixed blade, a movable blade, and a driving device for driving the movable blade to move towards the fixed blade; an edge portion of the fixed blade is provided with a convex portion protruding from a surface of the edge portion of the fixed blade; and the convex portion is located at a middle position of the edge portion on the fixed blade. Arrangement of the convex portion on the fixed blade can prevent tree branches from being stuck and not moving forward when the fixed blade and the movable blade move relative to each other to shear the tree branches, so as facilitate tree branch pruning and promote shearing of the tree branches.
Pruner
A pruner is provided including a pruning mechanism including a pruning blade on a tip side, a pole connected to a base side of the pruning mechanism, and a hook mechanism including a hook that projects to a lateral side substantially orthogonal to a central axis of the pole and that is displaceable in a range from a first position where an end portion is away from the central axis to a second position where the end portion is close to the central axis. The hook is configured to keep the first position when first external force in a direction from the base side toward the tip side is applied, and be displaced from the first position to the second position when second external force in a direction from the tip side toward the base side and/or a direction from the lateral side toward the central axis is applied.
TOOL WITH SELECTIVELY ENGAGABLE TOOL HEAD
A tool is provided, the tool including a handle, a tool head, a first gear, a compound gear, a shaft, and an actuating member coupled to the shaft. The handle extends along a longitudinal direction. The tool head is configured to receive a motive force to selectively engage or disengage the tool head. The first gear is operably coupled to the tool head. The compound gear is selectively coupled to the first gear. The shaft extends through the compound gear and is affixed to the shaft. The actuating member is coupled to the handle. Movement of the actuating member along the longitudinal direction selectively engages or disengages the compound gear and the first gear.
TREE PRUNER COMPACT PIN
A tree pruner configured to reduce the width of the device to facilitate reduction of shipping costs and store space. The tree pruner comprises a leaf spring having a lower end mounted onto a lower portion of a lever, and an upper end connected to a first end of a self-locking pin, wherein the self-locking pin penetrates the lever. When the lever is at a first position at shipping or store front, the leaf spring is in tension to exert force on the self-locking pin to engage with an outer surface of a back hook to hold the lever at the position. When the lever is pulled to a second position for use, the leaf spring is at rest. The self-locking pin penetrates all the way through the lever and engages with an edge of the back hook to serve as an end stop for the lever movement.
TREE PRUNER ROPE AND ROPE HANDLE STORAGE
A rope and rope handle storage device comprising a looped body mounted on a pole, and a pair of attachment barbs attached to one side of the looped body. The attachment barbs are configured to have a space between them that can hold a rope or a securing piece attached to a rope handle. The rope and rope handle storage device stores the rope by clipping the rope into the space between the attachment barbs, and stores the rope handle by clipping the securing piece attached to the rope handle into the space between the attachment barbs.
Garden Scissors
A garden scissors of the present invention includes a chassis, a transmission mechanism, a driving line, and a cutter. The transmission mechanism is rotatably disposed to the chassis. The transmission mechanism includes a pulley portion, a gear portion, and a flywheel portion, which rotate simultaneously. The gear portion is located between the pulley portion and the flywheel portion. An end of the driving line is rolled on the pulley portion. The cutter has an engagement portion engaged with the gear portion. Thus, the pulley portion, the gear portion, and the cutter are rotated when the driving line is pulled away from the pulley portion, driving the cutter to pivot to cut branches. Therefore, the flywheel portion of the transmission mechanism laying on the chassis, supporting and balancing the force exerted on and the movements of the pulley portion and the gear portion. The structure of the garden scissors is then stabilized.
