Rotary pump with supporting pockets
A rotary pump, including: a housing featuring a delivery space which includes an inlet for a fluid on a suction side of the rotary pump and an outlet for the fluid on a pressure side of the rotary pump; an inner rotor which is arranged in the delivery space; an outer rotor which is arranged in the delivery space and forms delivery cells with the inner rotor, wherein an outer circumferential wall of the outer rotor is mounted in a sliding manner on an inner circumferential wall of the delivery space, wherein the inner circumferential wall of the delivery space and/or the outer circumferential wall of the outer rotor comprises at least one pocket.
Rotary pump with rotor bearing ring
Lobe pumps have rings which can be located at least partially in at least one of cover plates and rotors, if not both to provide at least thrust bearings to space the rotors from the cover plates. Some rotors may have voids in ears to make the rotor lighter in weight with the voids potentially capped, symmetrically disposed, arcuately shaped and/or have other desirable features. Some rotors may have ears extending beyond cutouts which may extend beyond hubs, if not beyond hub extensions as well which may receive cover spigots thereabout. Some rings may act as radial bearings as well when located in the cover spigots.
ELECTRIC MOTOR WITH INTEGRATED PUMP
A system is disclosed including an electric motor having a rotor shaft, a hydraulic pump including a gear; and an end bell housing enclosing an end of the electric motor, the end housing having a plurality of cooling fins, the end housing further supporting the gear coupled to the rotor shaft, the gear pressurizing hydraulic fluid.
ENERGY TRANSFER MACHINE FOR CORROSIVE FLUIDS
An internal gear pump or motor includes inner and outer rotors that mesh together. An internal electric motor or generator may include a stator supported by a support element that passes through bearings of the outer rotor and the inner rotor may act as a rotor of the electric motor or generator. With or without the stator, the support element may support bearings of the inner rotor. The support element may be, for example, an eccentric shaft. Fluids may be supplied via the support element, if present, for cooling, lubrication or to flush a working fluid out of portions of the pump or motor, such as bearings. Flushing may also occur via channels in the housing with or without the presence of the support element. Axial faces of one of a pair of adjacent elements, for example the inner rotor and the outer rotor, may include portions for improved axial sealing and wearing in of the other of the pair. Fluid may enter and exit chambers between the inner and outer rotors by radial ports
Fuel pump and fuel delivery unit
A fuel pump includes: an electric motor; a pump stage drivable by the electric motor; and a fuel pump housing configured to accommodate the electric motor and the pump stage. The fuel pump housing has a first housing part configured to accommodate the electric motor and a second housing part configured to accommodate the pump stage. One or both of the first housing part and the second housing part are made of a conductive plastic adapted to dissipate static charges to a ground potential.
SCREW PUMP
A screw pump, including a housing with a running bore having at least two intersecting bores, each of which receives a spindle, wherein the spindles have worm screw profiles which intermesh in portions and in operation bend in a defined bending direction under a hydraulic bending pressure, wherein each bore is configured as a slot with a longer first axis of symmetry and a shorter second axis of symmetry standing orthogonally thereto, wherein the longer first axis of symmetry runs in the bending direction.
Helical spindle pump with a single-entry design
The invention relates to a dual-spindle helical spindle pump with a single-entry design, comprising a pump housing (11) which has a pump portion (12), a bearing portion (13) and a gear portion (14) with a gear chamber, wherein the bearing portion (13) and the pump portion (12) are designed separately from one another, comprising a feed housing part (50) as a component of the pump portion (12) in which two feed screws (17, 18) are provided, said feed screws having flanks (46) and being arranged on shafts (15, 16) in a feed space (51), wherein the shafts (15, 16) are mounted in the bearing portion (13) (external bearing system) and extend into the gear portion (14), and wherein the feed housing part (50) has at least one feed portion (52) with an inner wall (58) which faces the outer face (59) of the feed screws (17, 18). The invention provides that at least one separating element (60), which is in contact with at least one portion of the outer face (59) of the feed screws (17, 18), is between the inner wall (58) of the feed portion (52) and the outer face (59) of the feed screws (17, 18), at least in the region (57) of the feed screws (17, 18), and in that the separating element (60) is floatingly mounted in the feed housing part (50) relative to the inner wall (58) of the feed portion (52).
Scavenge pump
The pump can have a pump body, a main cavity having an inlet and an outlet, a rotor rotatably mounted in the main cavity and configured to pump fluid from the inlet to the outlet as it rotates, a separator cavity disposed adjacent the main cavity and configured to sustain a vortex, a fluid passage fluidly connecting the main cavity to the separator cavity, the fluid passage preserving momentum of fluid from the main cavity to the separator cavity to contribute to the vortex.
GEROTOR AND PUMP APPARATUS HAVING A GEROTOR DEVICE
A gerotor device for a pump apparatus is disclosed. The gerotor device includes at least two gerotor stages that respectively include an inner rotor rotating during operation about an inner axis with teeth projecting radially outside, and an outer rotor rotating during operation about an outer axis radially offset relative to the inner axis with radially inner open tooth gaps, in which the teeth of the inner rotor engage. A rotor body rotating during operation about a rotor axis includes radially open tooth gaps of a first gerotor stage of the at least two gerotor stages and teeth projecting radially outside of a second gerotor stage of the at least two gerotor stages. The tooth gaps of the at least two gerotor stages are fluidically sealed at least one of against one another and relative to a surrounding area.
