Integrated eccentric motor and pump
A pump is provided. The pump includes a fluid inlet section; a fluid outlet section; a stator axially between the fluid inlet section and the fluid outlet section; a rotor axially between the fluid inlet section and the fluid outlet section, the rotor and the stator defining a fluid flow space radially therebetween; a movable inlet guide configured for guiding fluid flow from the fluid inlet section into the fluid flow space; and a movable outlet guide configured for guiding fluid flow from the fluid flow space into the fluid outlet section. The rotor is rotatable inside of the stator by electromagnetic forces urging the rotor towards the stator. Rotation of the rotor inside of the stator and movement of the inlet guide and the outlet guide create a pressure in a first portion of the fluid flow space that forces fluid from the fluid flow space through the fluid outlet section and create a vacuum in a second portion of the fluid flow space that pulls fluid from the fluid inlet section into the fluid flow space. A method of forming a pump is also provided.
MOTOR VEHICLE OIL PUMP
A motor vehicle oil pump, including: a pump body, an external rotor having a first plurality of lobes, an internal rotor having a second plurality of lobes configured to engage the first plurality of lobes of the external rotor, and a driving body rotatable with respect to the pump body about a first axis of rotation. The external rotor is constrained to the driving body. An idle shaft is rotatably connected to the pump body about a second axis of rotation parallel and eccentric to the first axis of rotation. The external rotor rotates about the first axis of rotation and is rotated by the driving body. The driving body is rotated by a motor. The internal rotor is fitted onto the idle shaft for rotating about the second axis of rotation and is rotated by the external rotor.
Working members of a rotary hydraulic or pneumatic machine
The utility model relates to internal cycloidal gear mechanisms and can be used in various branches of mechanical engineering as working members of hydraulic machines (pumps and engines), compressors, internal combustion engines, as well as in planetary gearboxes, in particular in technical systems for drilling and repairing oil and gas wells. The problems to be solved by the utility model include the improvement of the quality of the process of designing working members having a cycloidal tooth profile, as well as the substantiation of the conditions for modifying cycloidal face profiles (by choosing the required combination of dimensionless gearing coefficients) in order to achieve the maximum or minimum open area of the gerotor mechanism having a different kinematic ratio.
INTEGRATED ECCENTRIC MOTOR AND PUMP ASSEMBLY
A pump, including: inner gerotor; a crankshaft; an outer gerotor; an inlet assembly with inlet ports; an outlet assembly with outlet ports; and magnetic actuators. The inner gerotor includes lobes and a central opening. The crankshaft: passes through the central opening; is rotatable about an axis of rotation; and includes a first longitudinal axis not co-linear with the axis of rotation. The outer gerotor includes recesses. The magnetic actuators are sequentially energized to create magnetic fields to displace the inner gerotor with respect to the crankshaft to: displace a first lobe out of a first recess and draw fluid through an inlet port into the first recess; and displace a second lobe into a second recess and expel second fluid out of the second recess and through an outlet port.

The housing includes an outer cover to cover the motor shaft on the first axial side and having the pump chamber defined therein, and a first oil passage defined in the outer cover and connected to the discharge outlet. The motor shaft includes a second oil passage in an interior of the motor shaft and connected to the first oil passage, and a first through hole to connect the second oil passage to an outer circumferential surface of the motor shaft.
