CENTRIFUGAL SUCTION-TYPE HYBRID VANE FLUID MACHINE
20190063435 · 2019-02-28 ·

The present invention relates to a centrifugal suction-type hybrid vane fluid machine and, more particularly, to a centrifugal suction-type hybrid vane fluid machine wherein a cam ring, which rotates inside a compressor, has a plurality of final intake openings formed through the same from the inner peripheral edge to the outer peripheral edge thereof, thereby facilitating inflow of a fluid during rotation; an oil passage is formed therein so as to seal inner constituent elements and to apply a backpressure of vanes, thereby preventing leakage of the fluid and reducing friction; the same number of initial fluid discharge openings are formed as that of the vane or fluid chambers, thereby improving the efficiency of the compressor; and the cam ring is installed eccentrically so as to increase the rotational contact force, thereby improving the efficiency of the compressor while having all advantages of conventional compressors.

Vane compressor

A vane compressor includes a housing having therein a suction chamber, a discharge chamber having a cover, and a rotor chamber, a rotor having therein a plurality of vane slots, and a plurality of vanes. The housing includes a partition that has a first surface forming the other surface of the rotor chamber and a second surface and separates the rotor chamber from the discharge chamber. An intermediate pressure chamber having a pressure that is lower than the discharge chamber and higher than the suction chamber is formed between the partition and the cover. A part of the second surface and a part of a covering surface of the discharge chamber cover are spaced away from each other by the intermediate pressure chamber. The intermediate pressure chamber is disposed so as to overlap at least a part of the other surface of the rotor chamber.

VANE PUMP

A vane pump includes a pump cartridge that is accommodated in an accommodating space defined by the concave portion and the pump cover. The pump cartridge includes a first side plate that is provided between the bottom portion of the concave portion in the pump body and a cam ring; first pins that are provided so as to extend from the cam ring to the first side plate; and second pins that are provided so as to extend from the first side plate to the pump body.

Noise-reduction mechanism for oil pump

A noise-reduction mechanism is coupled to a portion of an oil-pump system and includes various tunable components that are configurable to affect specific frequency ranges of noise within the system. The mechanism includes a series of channels that are coupled to a portion of the oil-pump system (e.g., outlet tube) and are coupled to a reservoir.

VANE PUMP FEATURING FLUID LUBRICATION FOR AN IMPELLER

A vane pump includes: a housing with a first end-facing wall and a second end-facing wall which delineate a delivery chamber on one end-facing side each, and with a circumferential wall which extends around the delivery chamber; a rotor which can be rotated about a rotational axis in the delivery chamber and which forms a first axial gap with the first end-facing wall and a second axial gap with the second end-facing wall; multiple vanes which can be moved back and forth in guide slots of the rotor, wherein the guide slots have sub-vane regions which are connected to the high-pressure side of the delivery chamber in order to apply pressure to the underside of the respective vanes; and a collecting structure for collecting fluid via the first axial gap.

A rotary vane pump or rotary vane motor including a rotatable rotor being eccentrically arranged within a rotatable cylindrical housing sleeve defining a freely rotary working chamber which takes out the relative sliding movement and friction inside to outer housing bearing. A partition element of a vane hingedly attached to the rotor; wherein the partition element travels with the rotor following the orbit of the housing incident to the expansion and contraction of the working space performing as a true dynamic radial seal; The rotor assembly along with the housing assembly being sandwiched between end-plates to fulfill dynamic side seal; The end-plates may contain pressure and non-pressure ports as well as holes for shaft, bearings, brackets and mounting hardware.
