Sliding vane fluid pump

A fluid pump includes a rotor which is centered about an axis, the rotor having a rotor central chamber and a plurality of vane slots. A stator has a recess therein within which the rotor is located, the recess having a recess peripheral surface which is eccentric to the axis. Each vane slot includes a vane therein such that the vanes define a plurality of pumping chambers which expand and contract based on rotational position the rotor relative to the stator. A positioning ring is located within the rotor central chamber such that the positioning ring engages each vane and such that the positioning ring urges each vane into contact with the recess peripheral surface. The positioning ring is radially aligned with a midpoint of each vane.

A rotary fluid device including an outer housing assembly and an inner rotating arrangement adapted to rotate relative to the outer housing assembly, the outer housing assembly including a rotor housing and the inner rotating arrangement including a rotor dimensioned to rotatably fit within the rotor housing. One of the rotor and the rotor housing include lobes extending in a radial direction relative to respective inner and outer circumferential surfaces and the other of the rotor and the rotor housing includes followers and follower recesses in which the followers are moveably located. In some examples, the follower recesses are adapted such that in at least the extended condition fluid pressure at underside facing surfaces of the followers toward the follower recesses are substantially hydrostatically balanced with a fluid pressure at opposing top facing surfaces of the followers substantially exposed to the chambers. In some examples, three pressure zones may be defined between the followers and follower recesses the three pressure zones including an intermediate pressure zone and two laterally pressure zones on opposing circumferentially lateral sides of the intermediate pressure zone.

Intake charged pump for delivering a liquid

An intake charged pump for pumping liquid and which has an intake duct that extends to the suction area of the pump. The pump has a duct through which a jet stream flows to the suction area. A nozzle arrangement in the intake duct accelerates the liquid which is returned via the jet stream and supports the suction of a suction stream of the liquid from a storage container. A nozzle of the nozzle arrangement leads into the mixing chamber at an acute angle in a such way that the jet stream, leaving the nozzle, creates a common mixing stream with the suction stream from the storage container, and through which partial streams having essentially the same pressure and energy content, can be delivered to the front and back suction pockets of the double chamber pump.

Driving force distributing device

A driving force distributing device includes a single pump for supplying control hydraulic pressure to each of first and second hydraulic clutches, an electric motor for driving the pump, a flow rate variable mechanism for changing a ratio of flow rate of hydraulic fluid supplied to each of the first and second hydraulic clutches and a controlling means for controlling the electric motor and the flow rate variable mechanism. The driving force distributing device can variably control a flow rate of hydraulic fluid supplied to first and second hydraulic clutches based on changing a ratio of flow rate of hydraulic fluid supplied to the first and second hydraulic clutches in the flow rate variable mechanism and a control of changing rotational speed of the pump using the motor.

TRANSFER DEVICE

A transfer device that includes a case that houses a transfer mechanism; a strainer that suctions oil stored in a lower portion of the case; a valve body that has a hydraulic supply circuit that supplies a hydraulic pressure to the transfer mechanism and a suction oil path that discharges an extra hydraulic pressure that is extra for the hydraulic supply circuit; a first suction inlet that communicates with one of the suction oil path and the strainer and a second suction inlet that communicates with the other of the suction oil path and the strainer, and a balanced vane pump.

Durability of a vacuum pump is prevented from degrading by suppressing abrasion of a rotor and a side plate. The vacuum pump has a hollow cylinder chamber S having an opening at an end portion of a casing body, a rotor which is rotationally driven in the cylinder chamber S, a side plate for blocking the opening of the cylinder chamber S, and a pump cover which is disposed at the opposite side to the rotor so as to sandwich the side plate between the pump cover and the rotor, and the side plate is provided with an intercommunication port which confronts a shaft hole of the rotor and intercommunicates with a space between the side plate and the pump cover.

Rotary vane pump

A rotary vane pump including a housing, and a motor. The motor includes a shaft which is coupled to a rotor. The rotor defines a plurality of slots. A plurality of free moving vanes are disposed within the slots. In one example, the rotor is formed from a first material and the plurality of vanes are formed from the first material and impregnated with a second material. The first material can be a carbon material. The second material can be a resin material, an antimony material, a copper material, or a silver material.
