VEGETATION CUTTING TOOL
A vegetation cutting tool includes a cutting head, an input shaft, an output shaft, a transmission assembly and a transmission housing accommodating the transmission assembly. The transmission housing includes a skirt portion having a small end located away from the cutting head and a big end located adjacent to the cutting head, a shank extending along the first axis from the skirt portion, and a stop portion connecting the skirt portion and the shank. The stop portion forms a stop face extending from the skirt portion to the shank for preventing grass clippings winding around the transmission housing.
PRUNING SHEARS
Pruning shears include a housing having a motor portion and a handle portion. A motor is disposed within the motor portion of the housing, and a trigger assembly is disposed within the housing portion. The trigger assembly is operable to control the motor. The trigger assembly includes a trigger and a trigger lock. The trigger lock prevents actuation of the trigger until the trigger lock is depressed.
HANDLE FOR ELECTRIC TOOLS AND ELECTRIC TOOL PROVIDED WITH SAME
A handle includes: a switch lever having an operational portion in an inverted U-shape, and configured to press an on/off switch when the operational portion is gripped and pressed; a handle body provided with the on/off switch mounted thereto and having an inner peripheral slit from which the operational portion of the switch lever housed in the handle body projects; a spring having a supported portion and a pair of arms extending from the supported portion, housed in the handle body, and biasing and pushing the switch lever back; and a plurality of limiters provided at locations in either the handle body or the switch lever at a distance from the spring, and configured to limit movement of the switch lever.
HANDLE FOR ELECTRIC TOOLS AND ELECTRIC TOOL PROVIDED WITH SAME

Cutting apparatus
A cutting apparatus for trimming an article, the apparatus has a manually grasped power element with a reciprocating arm having a removably engagable rotatable couple including a selectable rotational index position lock. Also included is a cutting head assembly that is removable and rotationally indexable relative to the power element, the cutting head having a pair of cutting blades for trimming the article. Wherein operationally, the reciprocating arm drives the cutting blades that have scissor movement with the cutting head selectably rotatable to the power element, user wrist fatigue is reduced, also with the cutting head being removable from the power element, the cutting head assembly is easier to clean.

CONTROL SYSTEM WITH A HANDLING KNOB
A control device intended for a user to choose and select functions in a vehicle includes a knob that can be manipulated in rotation about a main axis with respect to a fixed support. The knob comprises a neutral position in which the main axis coincides with a neutral axis that is fixed with respect to the support. The control device also comprises a printed circuit board on which the knob and at least one direction sensor are fixed. The printed circuit board is mounted with the ability to pivot with respect to the support about an axis transverse overall to the neutral axis so as to come to occupy at least a first activated position in which the main axis is inclined with respect to the neutral axis when the knob is moved in a direction orthogonal to the neutral axis. The direction sensor is intended to detect the activated position.
CONTROL METHOD AND DEVICE FOR POWERED EQUIPMENT
A control device for a piece of powered equipment having an electronic sensor and an electronic control board for controlling the equipment depending on a control signal from the sensor. The electronic sensor is a contactless optical sensor, provided in an interface area of the control device, configured to measure a distance separating at least one target, located in the interface area, and the optical sensor, the electronic board being configured to establish a first control of a main function of the powered equipment, when a signal from the optical sensor is established for a measured distance within a first range of distances, and to establish a control for at least one additional function of the powered equipment, different from the main function, when a signal from the optical sensor is established for a measured distance greater than the first range of distances.
CONTROL METHOD AND DEVICE FOR POWERED EQUIPMENT

BALL SCREW AND NUT MECHANISM
A ball screw and nut mechanism has a screw in cooperation with a nut via balls that can circulate in a raceway formed by the opposing threads of the screw and nut. The nut has a recirculation insert passing therethrough from the outer face to the thread, the recirculation insert having a first end with a ball transfer groove turned towards the screw. The mechanism has a holding body for holding the recirculation insert in the housing, the recirculation insert having a second end with a shoulder bearing on the nut, the second end of the recirculation insert having an orientation lug having an angular position predetermined and fixed relative to the ball transfer groove, the orientation lug cooperating with a guide relief of the holding body to fix an orientation of the recirculation insert such that the transfer groove is adjusted to the raceway.
