Positive displacement pump including an unloading device
A fluid transfer pump that has a housing, a body portion movable within the housing between a first position and a second position, a gear coupled to the housing, a body cavity defined partially between the body portion and the housing, and an aperture defined in the housing that selectively provides a fluid to the body cavity. When the fluid is applied to the body cavity at or above a pilot pressure, the body portion is in the first position adjacent to the gear and when the fluid is applied to the body cavity at a fluid pressure lower than the pilot pressure, the body portion is in the second position and spaced from the gear.
Pump and system for supplying a consumer
The invention relates to a pump, having a contour ring, having a rotor, having vanes, having side plates, having a housing and a housing cover, having under-vane grooves for supplying the lower vane faces with pressure, the vanes being arranged radially displaceably in the rotor and extending under the vanes as a result of the pressure and being pressed against the contour ring. Furthermore, the invention relates to a system for supplying oil to a consumer.
ROTARY PUMP WITH AXIAL COMPENSATION, OUTLET GASKET FOR A PUMP AND PRE-FITTED PUMP UNIT
A rotary pump including: a pump housing including a circumferential wall, which surrounds a delivery chamber, a first end-face wall and a second end-face wall which delineate the delivery chamber at its end-face sides; a rotor, which can be rotated in the delivery chamber, for forming delivery cells; a pressure outlet which emerges on an outer end-face side of the first end-face wall facing away from the delivery chamber; an outlet gasket which is provided on the outer end-face side of the first end-face wall, for sealing off the pressure outlet; and a pressing device for charging the outlet gasket with an axial pressing force.
FLUID PUMP
A fluid pump, in particular an oil pump, for supplying a clutch actuator, a gearbox actuator, a lubrication system, and/or a cooling system of a drive train, includes a pump unit, an electrical drive unit, and a one-piece sealing element. The pump unit is arranged in a first housing part of the fluid pump, and the electrical drive unit is arranged in a second housing part of the fluid pump. The one-piece sealing element seals the first housing part against the second housing part, and seals the first housing part against a housing cover arranged on a side opposite the second housing part. Furthermore, a method for producing such a fluid pump includes arranging a pump unit in a first housing part of the fluid pump and moulding a sealing element onto the first housing part.
OIL PUMP
A pump housing of an oil pump includes a suction port that supplies oil to a pump room, a discharge port that discharges oil from the pump room, and a seal portion that suppresses leakage of oil from the pump room to outside of the pump room. A shaft of the oil pump includes a small diameter portion and a large diameter portion having different diameters, the small diameter portion is connected to the inner rotor, and the shaft and the inner rotor integrally rotate. The seal portion is in contact with a side surface of the inner rotor extending in a diameter direction of the shaft, and also extends to a region in the diameter direction on an inner side smaller than the large diameter portion in the diameter direction.
Gear pump or motor with features for determining if assembled correctly
Provided is a gear pump or a motor provided with: a casing internally provided with a gear housing compartment in which a pair of gears are housed; a side plate interposed between the casing and the gears; and a gasket which is disposed on a non-slide surface, and which divides a space between the non-slide surface and the casing into a high pressure side and a low pressure side. The gear pump or the motor is configured such that, in order to discover early the mounting of the side plate in a wrong attitude, such as the upper and lower sides thereof being reversed or the high pressure portion side and the low pressure portion side being reversed, flow rate efficiency is decreased when the side plate is in an attitude other than a predetermined attitude, compared to when the side plate is in the predetermined attitude.
GEAR PUMP
A gear pump includes: an inner rotor having external teeth; an outer rotor having a tubular inner housing portion in which the inner rotor is rotatably housed in an eccentric state, and internal teeth meshing with the external teeth; a first core having a tubular rotor housing portion in which the inner and outer rotors are housed, and a flange portion projecting radially outward from a tube wall of the rotor housing portion; a board-shaped second core having a contact portion in contact with the flange portion in an axial direction, and closing an opening of the rotor housing portion; and a housing opposing the second core and made of a resin. A gap is formed between opposing surfaces of the second core and the housing in a state where the flange portion is in contact with the contact portion and the housing opposes the second core.
Multi-phase pump with cooled liquid reservoir
Overheating of a process liquid retained in a reservoir of a multiphase pump during extended gas slugs is avoided by circulating a cooling liquid in thermal contact with a process liquid through an external cooling apparatus, which can include a heat exchanger. In some embodiments, process liquid from the reservoir is circulated through the cooling loop, while in other embodiments a separate cooling liquid is circulated between a reservoir heat exchanger and the external cooling apparatus. The liquid in the cooling loop can be circulated by a separate cooling pump, or process liquid can be circulated through the cooling loop due to a pressure differential between an inlet and an outlet of the cooling loop within the multiphase pump. The multiphase pump can be a twin screw pump, and the reservoir can be formed between outer and inner casings of the multiphase pump.
Variable oil pump
A variable oil pump includes a pump housing, a cover, an oil pump rotor rotationally driven while housed in a housing space between the pump housing and the cover, an adjustment member housed in the housing space to adjust the amount of oil discharged from the oil pump rotor by being displaced due to a drive force while rotatably holding the oil pump rotor from an outer peripheral side, and a guide portion including a groove in the adjustment member and a pin on the pump housing that engage one another. Engagement of the pin and the groove guides displacement of the adjustment member relative to the pump housing. A seal structure on at least one of the pump housing and the cover seals the inside of the groove relative to the housing space by surrounding a movement trajectory of the groove relative to the pin.
Bearing with an eccentric seal groove
A pump bearing for use in a gear pump including a top face, a side face perimetrically surrounding the top face, a bottom face opposed to the top face, a first bearing bore projecting from the top face to the bottom face defining an axis and configured to contain a drive-side shaft, and a groove within the side face located between the top face and the bottom face a variable depth in a direction perpendicular to the axis configured to a receive seal.
