BRAKE BY WIRE
An electrohydraulic actuator assembly for use in a brake-by-wire hydraulic brake system. The electrohydraulic actuator assembly includes a pair of electrohydraulic actuator EHA units. One EHA unit provides fluid to front brakes and the other EHA unit provides fluid to rear brakes. Each EHA unit includes an electric motor, a reduction gear unit, a pair of magnetorheological clutches, and a pair of fluid pumps. The system further including an ECU that actuates the electric motor and controls engagement of the clutches to cause the fluid pump to pump brake fluid to at least one of the front and rear brakes. The system further includes a regeneration system for providing supplemental electricity to the electric motors.
Cardan shaft

In such a shaft wear should be made as small as possible. To this end said bottom curve (9) comprises a section having a concave bottom curvature (15) between said positive slope and said negative slope.
COMPRESSOR
A compressor includes: a driving unit including a stator, a rotor, and a rotary shaft provided in the rotor, having an oil guide path formed at an inner side in a radius direction; a compression unit coupled to the rotary shaft, having a cylinder and a piston reciprocating in the cylinder by a driving force of the driving unit; and an oil supply unit coupled to a lower end of the rotary shaft, supplying oil toward the compression unit. The oil supply unit includes a rotary portion for supplying oil toward the oil guide path while being rotated together with the rotary shaft and a fixed portion having an inner space partitioned to accommodate at least a portion of the rotary portion, and the oil guide path is formed to pass through the rotary shaft along a length direction.
Isolators For Motors
A motor for driving a fan in a heating and/or cooling system includes a motor body, a motor cover, and an isolator. The isolator damps vibrations passed from the motor body to the motor cover. The isolator includes two isolating elements connected by a bridge. At least one of the two isolating elements includes at least two corners in a cross-sectional view.
Eccentric Screw Pump
An eccentric screw pump for pumping fluids or flowing conveying media from a suction side to a pressure side, which includes a rotor and a stator, the stator being flexible and is connected to the pump housing on one side, in particular on the suction side. The rotor is connected to the drive shaft by means of an articulation. When the eccentric screw pump is in the idle state, there is no sealing contact at least in areas between the rotor and the stator in the sealing areas. When the eccentric screw pump is in the operating state, the stator is surrounded, at least in sections and/or, essentially, on the periphery by the conveying medium. The rotor and the stator are brought into contact with each other in the operating state along the sealing area.
Stator for an eccentric screw pump, an eccentric screw pump and a method for producing a stator
A stator for an eccentric screw pump with an internal hollow space with a helically coiled inner contour for accommodating a rotor. The stator includes a stator core arranged in a stator casing, which stator core includes at least two radially separable core parts. According to the invention, the at least two radially separable core parts are each made from a metallic material or a technical ceramic material. The stator casing is a stator tube and is made of a metallic material. The stator casing is shrink-fitted onto the stator core. The invention also relates to an eccentric screw pump and a method for producing a stator.
Pump-motor combination having a single common rotor shaft
A pump-motor combination includes a motor (30) and a pump (20). The pump has a first rotor (21) and a first housing 300). The motor is an electric motor (30) having a second rotor (31), a stator (33) and a second housing (32). The first (pump) rotor (21) is at least partially coupled, and the second (motor) rotor (31) is completely coupled, to a common rotating shaft (40) in order to enable transmission of rotation of the second (motor) rotor (31) to the first (pump) rotor (21). The pump-motor combination can be installed with the gearbox (G) or transmission of a motor vehicle, to assure supply of lubricant (360) when a primary lubricant pump (350) has not been operating, for example, upon start-up. Use of the common shaft (40) minimizes frictional losses during operation and reduces the cost of manufacture, since fewer bearings are needed.
Sealed eccentric drive for submersible pump
A pump is driven by rotation of an electrical motor drive shaft. An eccentric drive unit includes an eccentric member coupled between the motor drive shaft and the pump drive shaft. The eccentric member has an offset portion parallel to and offset from the motor axis for orbiting around the motor axis. A flexible boot encloses the offset portion. A pump end static seal seals a pump end of the boot at an interface between the eccentric member and the pump drive shaft. A motor end static seal seals a motor end of the boot at a motor end of the eccentric member.
INTEGRATED ECCENTRIC MOTOR AND PUMP ASSEMBLY
A pump, including: inner gerotor; a crankshaft; an outer gerotor; an inlet assembly with inlet ports; an outlet assembly with outlet ports; and magnetic actuators. The inner gerotor includes lobes and a central opening. The crankshaft: passes through the central opening; is rotatable about an axis of rotation; and includes a first longitudinal axis not co-linear with the axis of rotation. The outer gerotor includes recesses. The magnetic actuators are sequentially energized to create magnetic fields to displace the inner gerotor with respect to the crankshaft to: displace a first lobe out of a first recess and draw fluid through an inlet port into the first recess; and displace a second lobe into a second recess and expel second fluid out of the second recess and through an outlet port.
