Capacitor unit, and electric compressor
A capacitor unit (20) includes: a harness side terminal (23) provided in a housing (22) for accommodating a capacitor main body therein and connectable to an electric power harness for supplying DC power from an outside; and a board side terminal (24) connectable to a circuit board from which the DC power is output via the capacitor main body. The board side terminal (24) extends in a plate shape from a base portion (24b) held in the housing (22) toward a distal end portion (24a) connected to the circuit board, and has a notch portion (40) recessed inward of the board side terminal (24) in a width direction between the base portion (24b) and the distal end portion (24a).
Scroll compressor and refrigeration cycle device
A scroll compressor includes a hermetic container, a fixed scroll, a swing scroll, a frame, an electric motor, and a shaft. A first groove and a second groove are provided outside a fixed wrap in a radial direction at an end plate surface of the fixed scroll. An oil supply hole for guiding lubricant oil from a through-hole opens at an end plate surface of the swing scroll. A single opening of the oil supply hole alternately communicates with the first groove and the second groove along with swing of the swing scroll.
Compressor installation structure for vehicle
A compressor installation structure for a vehicle has: a first compressor that is installed in a vehicle and that is driven by a first displacement body repeating a first movement at a predetermined cycle; and a second compressor that is installed in the vehicle and that is driven by a second displacement body repeating a second movement at the predetermined cycle, wherein, in a state in which the first compressor and the second compressor are installed in the vehicle, a first displacement direction of a first centroid of the first displacement body at a time at which the first displacement body performs the first movement is an opposite direction from a second displacement direction of a second centroid of the second displacement body at a time at which the second displacement body performs the second movement.
Scroll compressor having intermediate pressure chamber to supply fluid to compression chambers via two supply passages and two injection ports to limit reduction in compression efficiency
The distance between openings of two supply passages that are closest to an accommodating recess is less than the distance between openings of two injection ports that are closest to compression chambers. This configuration minimizes the volume of the space in the accommodating recess between a check valve and the two supply passages, unlike a case in which the distance between the openings of the supply passages that are closest to the accommodating recess is greater than or equal to the distance between the openings of the two injection ports that are closest to the compression chambers. This reduces the flow rate of refrigerant that flows into the accommodating recess from the compression chambers in a compression process through the injection ports and the supply passages.
SCROLL COMPRESSOR WITH A COMPRESSION SECTION MADE OF SOLID SOLUTION STRENGTHENED FERRITIC DUCTILE IRON
A scroll compressor (1) including an enclosure (2); a compression section (6) arranged within the enclosure (2), the compression section (6) has a fixed scroll element (7) having a first baseplate (11) and a first wrap portion (12) extending from the first baseplate (11), and an orbiting scroll element (8) having a second baseplate (13) and a second wrap portion (14) extending from the second baseplate (13), the fixed and orbiting scroll elements (7, 8) being intermeshed to form compression chambers (15); and a driving section (16) coupled with the orbiting scroll element (8) for moving the orbiting scroll element (8) in an orbiting motion during operation of the scroll compressor (1). At least one of the fixed and orbiting scroll elements (7, 8) is made of solid solution strengthened ferritic ductile iron.
MAIN BEARING HOUSING ASSEMBLY AND SCROLL COMPRESSOR HAVING THE MAIN BEARING HOUSING ASSEMBLY
A main bearing housing assembly for a scroll compressor and a scroll compressor having the main bearing housing assembly. The main bearing housing assembly comprises: a main bearing housing; and a thrust plates, the thrust plate being provided at the top of the main bearing housing, and comprising a thrust surface located at the top and in surface contact with the bottom end surface of a scroll assembly of the scroll compressor; the thrust plate comprises: at least one oil inlet hole; a closed oil chamber, the closed oil chamber being formed in the thrust plate; and at least one oil outlet hole, the opening of the at least one oil outlet hole being exposed to the thrust surface; and the at least one oil inlet hole is in communication with the at least one oil outlet hole by means of the closed oil chamber.
Two-piece suction fitting
A suction fitting coupled to a scroll compressor that has an outer housing with an inside diameter and a suction port defined in a wall of the outer housing. A suction duct is disposed inside the outer housing at a spaced distance from the wall of the outer housing. The suction duct defines an entrance port aligned with the suction port. The suction fitting includes a first member being generally cylindrical, and a second member being generally cylindrical. The second member is disposed inside the first member with a portion of the second member extending into the outer housing through the suction port, spanning the spaced distance to the suction duct, and coupling with the entrance port of the suction duct. Neither the first member nor the second member includes a suction screen for filtering out solid contaminants in a flow of refrigerant.
Motor-driven compressor
Connectors are each integrated with a holder in a state in which bus bars are projected. A first projection and a second projection of the holder are respectively inserted in a first insertion hole and a second insertion hole in a circuit substrate. This determines positions of the holder and the circuit substrate relative to each other. The holder has coil lead wire insertion holes, capacitor lead wire insertion holes, and element lead wire insertion holes. These insertion holes extend in the same direction as the direction in which the bus bars project from the holder.
Compressor provided with a muffler
The present disclosure relates to a compressor including a branch part for reducing vibration and noise caused by a refrigerant flowing inside a muffler by expanding an enclosed space formed by a compression part and the muffler in the direction of a rotation axis.
Fluid working systems
A fluid working system such as a pump for displacing a working fluid such as hydraulic fluid or a motor using a working fluid is provided. The system may have a positive displacement machine which includes one or more working chamber with displacement means such as a cylinder with a reciprocating piston. There are also two or more fluid ports to allow the working fluid to flow into and out of the working chamber. The working fluid flows from one fluid port means to another either being forced to do so when pumped or moving the piston when functioning as an engine. The fluid working system has associated therewith a non-dead compliance volume of a material such as syntactic foam. This compliance volume acts to smooth any pressure fluctuations within the working fluid system.
