Power tool
A power tool includes a housing, a driving device, a cutting device and an oil storage device. The driving device, the cutting device and the oil storage device are all mounted in the housing. The driving device may drive the cutting device to work, and the oil storage device provides lubricating oil to the cutting device. The oil storage device includes an oil reservoir and an oil pump, the oil reservoir is connected with the oil pump through a first oil pipe, and a filtering structure is arranged between the first oil pipe and the oil reservoir to filter the lubricating oil entering the oil pump from the oil reservoir. The oil reservoir provides lubricating oil to the cutting device through the oil pump. The oil storage device of the disclosure may effectively improve a clogging problem of the oil pump and improve a duration life of the power tool.
Power tool with non-conductive driveshaft
A power tool includes an elongated shaft forming a handle constructed of a non-conductive material and a tool head located at one end of the handle. The tool head includes a working element and a driven shaft configured to drive the working element. A powerhead located at an opposite end of the handle and includes an input shaft. A driveshaft extends between the tool head and the powerhead. The driveshaft is rotatably coupled to the input shaft and the driven shaft to transfer torque from the powerhead to the working element of the tool head. At least a portion of the driveshaft extending between the powerhead and the working element is constructed of a non-conductive material to inhibit transmission of electricity from the working element to the powerhead.
Powerhead unit for tool
A powered device includes a powerhead unit and an attachment unit selectively attachable to and powered by the powerhead unit. The powerhead unit includes a motor, a first shaft segment having a first driveshaft segment coupled to the motor, and a first connecting portion attached to the first shaft segment. The attachment unit includes an operational unit configured to be driven by the motor, a second shaft segment having a second driveshaft segment coupled to the operational unit, and a second connecting portion attached to the second shaft segment for coupling to the first connecting portion. One of the first connecting portion and the second connecting portion defines an axial opening having a keyway and includes a button having a hook portion. The other of the first connecting portion and the second connecting portion defines a slot and includes a key.

POLE SAW
An outdoor tool includes a powerhead, a tool unit powered by the powerhead, and a shaft assembly extending between the powerhead and the tool unit. The tool unit includes a transmission housing, a support plate, a guide bar adjustably supported by the support plate, a drive gear, and a chain circumscribing a portion of the drive gear and a portion of the guide bar, the drive gear operatively coupled to the powerhead. The tool unit further includes a tension adjustment mechanism for adjusting a position of the guide bar relative to the drive gear to increase and decrease a tension in the chain. The tension adjustment mechanism includes an adjustment screw, a threaded adjustment bolt, at least one adjustment gear, and a member coupled to the adjustment bolt and the guide bar. Rotation of the adjustment screw causes translation of the guide bar relative to the drive gear.
INDUCTIVE POWER SUPPLY BACKPACKS FOR INDUCTIVELY POWERED POWER TOOLS
Inductively powered power tool systems are provided. An inductively powered power tool system includes an inductive power supply backpack comprising a power source; a power transmitter system configured to inductively transfer power from the power source via a transmittal coil; and a wearable transmitter, wherein the wearable transmitter comprises the transmittal coil. The inductively powered power tool system further includes an inductively powered power tool comprising a power receiver system configured to inductively receive power from the power transmitter system; a working implement; and a drive unit, configured to drive the working implement using power inductively received by the power receiver system from the power transmitter system.
Power supply system, working system, charging system, and working method
This application provides a power supply system, a working system, a charging system, and a working method. The power supply system includes: a battery pack system, including a plurality of groups of battery packs, configured to alternately supply power to an electric tool system, where the electric tool system includes one or more electric tools; and a charging system, configured to charge a battery pack in an idle state in the battery pack system in a working process of the electric tool system, where a charging speed of the charging system to the battery pack system is not less than a discharging speed of the battery pack system to the electric tool system. Uninterrupted work of the electric tool system can be achieved by using the power supply system provided in this application.
SAFETY ITEM, TOOL AND SYSTEM THEREFOR
A safety item, which may be a safety glove, contains a wireless device for communicating with a wireless receiver in a tool. When the safety item is too far away from the tool, then the tool will not activate and therefore children and others who may be present around the tool are less likely to inadvertently injure themselves. Such a system improves tool safety for the user and those around them.
Battery-powered portable cutting tools
A battery-powered portable cutting tool includes a housing, a cutting element, an electric motor to drive the cutting element to cut, a battery to supply electric current to the motor and a control circuit to control the supply of electric current to the motor from the battery. The control circuit may include a main switch and an auxiliary switch. The control circuit may have an active state in which the main switch allows electric current to flow to the motor and an inactive state in which the main switch does not allow electric current to flow to the motor. The operation of the auxiliary switch causes the control circuit to change between the active and inactive states. The auxiliary switch is arranged to determine whether the tool is in an inappropriate state to be used and, if so, cause the control circuit to change to the inactive state.
