Rotary compressor with selective oil communication

A rotary compressor is disclosed. The rotary compressor includes a sidewall path formed in an inner wall of a cylinder facing a vane slot and configured to form a space facing a side surface of a vane, and the vane is provided with a communication part configured to selectively communicate between the outside of the vane slot and the sidewall path according to a position of the vane.

Motor-driven compressor

Provided is a motor-driven compressor capable of realizing reduction in manufacturing costs. A compression mechanism of the motor-driven compressor according to the present invention includes a rotor rotatable by a rotation shaft and provided with a plurality of vane grooves, a plurality of vanes disposed advanceably and retractably in the respective vane grooves, a cup member formed into a bottomed cylindrical shape and enclosing the rotor, and a side plate closing an opening of the cup member The contour of the compressor is formed by a first housing and a second housing, and a suction pressure region in the first housing is hermetically closed from outside at a position where the first housing and the second housing are joined together.

ROTARY COMPRESSOR

A rotary compressor includes a sealed longitudinal compressor housing which is provided with a discharge portion of a refrigerant at an upper portion thereof, is provided with an inlet portion of a refrigerant at a lower portion thereof, and in which lubricant oil is stored; a compressing unit which is disposed in the compressor housing, compresses a refrigerant sucked from the inlet portion and discharges the refrigerant from the discharge portion; a motor which is disposed in the compressor housing and drives the compressing unit via a rotation shaft; and an accumulator which is attached to a side portion of the compressor housing and is connected to the inlet portion of the refrigerant. When an inner diameter of a cylinder constituting the compressing unit is referred to as Dc, a height of the cylinder is referred to as Hc, and an eccentric amount of an eccentric portion of the rotation shaft is referred to as e, Dc, Hc, and e are set so that a value obtained by an expression (e+Hc).Math.(Dce).sup.1/3/(e.Math.Hc).sup.2/3 is less than 4.1.

REVOLVING OUTER BODY ARC VANE ROTARY COMPRESSOR OR EXPANDER

Some implementations of this invention relate to energy systems and more particularly to rotating componentry enabling shaft work, propulsion drive, electric power generation, jet propulsion and/or thermodynamic systems related to aerothermodynamic thrust and shaft power, waste heat recovered shaft power, ventilation, cooling, heat, pressure and/or vacuum generating devices. Some implementations pertain to the art of vane assemblies for eccentrically placed rotating partial admission compressors and expanders that may either be used together or in conjunction with other mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and/or pneumatic machineries. Some implementations further relate to fluid energy recovery mechanical devices, targeting the field of gas turbine engines, internal combustion engines, furnaces, rotary kilns, coolers and refrigeration rotary components and/or expansion nodes. Other implementations are described.
