Automatic Walking Garden Trimmer
The invention relates to an automatic walking garden trimmer which includes a power locomotive and a trimming device. The power locomotive is rotatably connected with a turntable support whose horizontal rotation is driven by a power device. The turntable support is hinged with a lower support arm and a base cylinder which drives the lower support arm to swing. The end of the lower support arm is hinged with at least two outstretched arms and an extension cylinder used to drive the outstretched arms to swing and adjust outstretching distance. The connecting seat is connected to a sphere. Two sets of trimming devices are arranged on the side of the sphere. The trimming device includes a spiral device and a trimming ring. The spiral device includes a spiral bracket and a sleeve arranged on the spiral bracket. The rotating blade of the trimming device of the present invention can be replaced. The operator can select a suitable blade according to the shape and size of the trimmed shoots, and operate the device to make the device have a wider use range with practicality. In the case of a damaged blade, a new blade can be replaced, saving maintenance time and enhancing work efficiency.
Gardening Tool
A garden tool includes a power assembly and a handle assembly. The handle assembly has a start key electrically connected with the power assembly and a cover capable of at least partially shielding the start key. The cover is configured to be moved from a closed position to an opened position under driving of external force so as to operate the start key. A reset member is located between the cover and the handle assembly, the reset member being capable of driving the cover to the closed position.
Saw blade for circular saw and use of such saw blade in a brush cutter
A saw blade (10) comprises a generally circular blade base body (100), and a plurality of teeth (101a, 101b), extending radially from the base body (100). The teeth (101a, 101b) are alternatingly set towards opposing axial (A) directions of the saw blade, such that each tooth presents a respective tooth plane, which is angled relative to a base body plane. The teeth (101a, 101b) present a respective first cutting edge (102a, 102b), extending along a radially distal edge portion (103) of the respective tooth, along a length of the tooth, as seen in a direction of rotation of the saw blade. The radially distal edge portion (103) presents a first bevel (104), providing a first bevel surface (105) which is non-perpendicular relative to the tooth plane. The radially distal edge portion (103) presents, at a radially outermost portion thereof, a hard portion (106) having greater hardness than the base body (100). The saw blade can be used in a brush cutter.
Palm tree trimmer system
A remote-operated palm tree trimming system and apparatus, configured to ascend a palm tree safely via treaded tires and trim the tree via at least one saw blade. The tires are disposed in communication with actuators which apply pressure against the trunk of the tree, ensuring that the tires maintain adequate grip to overcome gravity during ascent. A remote control, operated by user on the ground, enables control of the wheels, actuators, and saw blade, facilitating manipulation of the device to effectively trim the tree remotely, ensuring the safety of the operator.
Unmanned aerial vegetation trimming system
A system for unmanned aerial vegetation trimming includes an aerial vehicle configured for selectively controlled unmanned flight over and about the vegetation to be trimmed. The system also includes a cutting assembly having an adjustable cutting head selectively actuated for trimming the vegetation. The cutting head is adjustable on the cutting assembly for optimal positioning relative to the vegetation to be trimmed. A support assembly is coupled to the aerial vehicle and cutting assembly, the support assembly being retractably extended to suspend the cutting assembly from the aerial vehicle. The support assembly is configured to maintain consistent positioning of the cutting assembly relative to the aerial vehicle during actuation thereof to trim the vegetation.
CUTTING TOOL AND CONTROL METHOD
A cutting tool includes: an electric motor with a stator having multiple windings and a rotor; a driver circuit electrically connected to the electric motor to drive the electric motor to run; and a controller configured to estimate the angular position of the rotor based on a working parameter of the electric motor and output a drive signal to the driver circuit based on the angular position of the rotor to control the rotation of the electric motor. At a start stage, the controller is configured to: when an abnormal start of the electric motor is detected, output a first control instruction to control the electric motor to restart, where the first control instruction includes at least the instruction to input a high-frequency signal into the driver circuit so as to acquire the angular position of the rotor.
DUAL ARM MECHANICAL PRUNING APPARATUSES AND RELATED METHODS
Dual arm mechanical pruning apparatuses for simultaneously hedging and/or skirting trees in adjacent rows typically comprising: a mast assembly; a lift carriage assembly; two front arm assemblies, each front arm assembly comprising one or more saw blades; two lower arm assemblies, each lower arm assembly comprising one or more saw blades; two swing arms, each swing arm rotatably attached to the lift carriage, one of the two front arm assemblies and one of the two lower arm assemblies, where the two swing arms rotate, thereby extending and retracting the two front arm assemblies and the two lower arm assemblies relative to the lift carriage assembly, and where the two front arm assemblies hedge, and the two lower arm assemblies hedge or skirt trees. In some embodiments the dual arm mechanical pruning apparatus also comprises a vehicle mounting assembly.
Apparatus for aerial tool configurations
A field-configurable apparatus for different aerial applications is provided. The field-configurable apparatus attaches to an aerial boom on a mobile carrier. The apparatus can perform rapid semi-precise cutting of vegetation. Additionally, the apparatus can perform more precise trimming of one or more areas (e.g., limbs) and optionally use a limb clamp to prevent cut limbs/vegetation from arbitrarily falling on objects below the cutting area. Still further, the apparatus can have a grapple or similar device attached to the end of the boom for use in relocating debris or for loading debris. Other industrial applications are also possible (e.g., commercial water blasting, deicing of planes, etc.). In each configuration, the apparatus comprises one or more rotatable or pivoting couplings to allow for rotation about one or more axis and therefore allow precise manipulation of an aerial tool assembly from an operator in the vehicle or on the ground.
