A rotary compressor is disclosed. A back pressure pocket among a plurality of back pressure pockets closest to a discharge port disposed in at least one of main bearing or sub bearing is radially spaced from an inner circumferential surface of a bearing hole, and communicates with an inner space of a casing through a back pressure passage formed through at least one of the main bearing or the sub bearing. Accordingly, the back pressure pocket closest to the discharge port may strongly support a vane passing near a reference point toward a cylinder while forming a discharge pressure, or a super discharge pressure higher than the discharge pressure. This may suppress or prevent chattering of the vane near the reference point to reduce vibration noise while suppressing or preventing wear between the vane and the cylinder to enhance compression efficiency. This may also suppress or prevent leakage between compression chambers, thereby preventing delay of initial startup of the compressor.

A flexible coupling device for a spinning or co-rotating scroll device and associated systems and methods are provided. The coupling device may be configured to couple a first scroll and a second scroll of a co-rotating scroll device. Further, a first scroll shaft of the first scroll and a second scroll shaft of the second scroll are maintained in parallel misalignment by the coupling device. The coupling device may comprise a coupling ring and a plurality of connecting members extending from the coupling ring. Each connecting member includes a flexure arm configured to elastically move or flex between a first flexed position and a second flexed position which contributes to maintaining the parallel misalignment between the first scroll shaft and the second scroll shaft.

The invention relates to a displacement machine according to the spiral principle, in particular a scroll compressor or scroll expander, with a high-pressure chamber, a low-pressure chamber and an orbiting displacement spiral, which engages in a counter-spiral such that chambers are formed between the displacement spiral and the counter-spiral for receiving a working medium, wherein a counter-pressure chamber is formed between the low-pressure chamber and the displacement spiral. According to the invention a pressure regulating device which is fluidically connected to the counter-pressure chamber sets a pressure difference between the counter-pressure chamber and the low-pressure chamber by means of a set value specified by the computing unit.

ORBITING SCROLL PLATE DRIVING ASSEMBLY AND SCROLL COMPRESSOR

An orbiting scroll plate driving assembly provided by the present application includes a main shaft (7), a tail driving shaft (6), and an eccentric shaft sleeve (5). The tail driving shaft (6) is eccentrically connected to the main shaft (7), and the eccentric shaft sleeve (5) is rotatably sleeved on the tail driving shaft (6). The orbiting scroll plate driving assembly further includes a limiting portion (14). The limiting portion (14) is disposed on the tail driving shaft (6), and provided with a first limiting portion protrusion (141). The eccentric shaft sleeve (5) is provided with an eccentric shaft sleeve groove (51). The first limiting portion protrusion (141) is correspondingly inserted into the eccentric shaft sleeve groove. A circumferential size of the eccentric shaft sleeve groove (51) is larger than a circumferential size of the first limiting portion protrusion (141). By providing the limiting portion (14) on the tail driving shaft (6), and providing a mortise joint structure between the limiting portion (14) and the eccentric shaft sleeve (5), the circumferential movement and axial movement of the eccentric shaft sleeve (5) can be confined, and the assembly and processing are simple. A scroll compressor includes a drive motor, a rotary shaft coupled to the drive motor, a main frame disposed below the drive motor, a fixed scroll disposed below the main frame, an orbiting scroll disposed between the main frame and the fixed scroll and eccentrically coupled to the rotary shaft, and an Oldham's ring coupled to the main frame and the orbiting scroll and configured to restrict rotation of the orbiting scroll relative to the fixed scroll. The Oldham's ring includes: a ring body, a first key that receives a first fixing boss of the ring body and that is configured to couple to the main frame, and a second key that receives a second fixing boss of the ring body and that is configured to couple to the orbiting scroll.

The upper end of the drive shaft is configured as an eccentric shaft portion. The sliding bearing is provided between the boss portion and the eccentric shaft portion.
