Flexible impeller pump
A mounting hub operable to connect a flexible impeller to a drive shaft. The mounting hub is detachable from the impeller, and is adapted to permit the impeller to be decoupled rotationally from the impeller drive shaft during installation, and then recoupled rotationally once the flexible impeller is in position.
Compressor With Oldham Assembly
A compressor may include a non-orbiting scroll, an orbiting scroll, a driveshaft and an Oldham coupling. The orbiting scroll meshingly engages the non-orbiting scroll. The driveshaft includes a crankpin engaging the orbiting scroll and driving the orbiting scroll in an orbital path relative to the non-orbiting scroll. The Oldham coupling may include an annular body and a plurality of first keys extending from the annular body and slidably received in slots formed in the orbiting scroll. Each of the first keys may include a first post and a first cap attached to the first post. The first posts may be integrally formed with the annular body from a first material. The first caps may be formed from a second material.
COMPRESSOR HAVING OLDHAM'S RING
A scroll compressor includes a drive motor, a rotary shaft coupled to the drive motor, a main frame disposed below the drive motor, a fixed scroll disposed below the main frame, an orbiting scroll disposed between the main frame and the fixed scroll and eccentrically coupled to the rotary shaft, and an Oldham's ring coupled to the main frame and the orbiting scroll and configured to restrict rotation of the orbiting scroll relative to the fixed scroll. The Oldham's ring includes: a ring body, a first key that receives a first fixing boss of the ring body and that is configured to couple to the main frame, and a second key that receives a second fixing boss of the ring body and that is configured to couple to the orbiting scroll.
SCROLL COMPRESSOR
A scroll compressor includes a rotation shaft; a first scroll and a second scroll engaged with the first scroll to form a compression chamber between the second scroll and the first scroll. The second scroll includes a key recess. The scroll compressor includes an Oldham ring having a ring portion and a key portion protruding toward the key recess, from the ring portion. The key portion is coupled to the key recess in a sliding manner such that the second scroll orbits with respect to the first scroll. The scroll compressor also includes a wear preventing member installed between the key recess and the key portion. The second scroll includes an axial direction separation prevention groove formed by recessing one surface off the key recess. The wear preventing member includes an axial direction separation prevention portion held in place by the axial direction separation prevention groove.
Compressor Having Bushing
A compressor may include a non-orbiting scroll, an orbiting scroll, a driveshaft and a bushing. The non-orbiting scroll includes a first end plate having a first spiral wrap extending therefrom. The orbiting scroll includes a second end plate having a first side and a second side. The first side has a second spiral wrap extending therefrom and meshingly engaged with the spiral wrap of the non-orbiting scroll. The second side has a hub extending therefrom. The driveshaft drivingly engaged to the orbiting scroll. The bushing supporting the driveshaft and is disposed within the hub of the orbiting scroll. One of the hub of the orbiting scroll and the bushing includes a convex portion.
SCROLL COMPRESSOR
A scroll compressor includes a first scroll and a second scroll engaged with the first scroll to form a compression chamber with the first scroll while performing an orbiting movement with respect to the first scroll. A frame is fixed to a side of the first scroll with the second scroll interposed between the frame and the first scroll and the frame supporting the second scroll in an axial direction. An Oldham ring includes a ring portion and a key portion protruding from the ring portion. The key portion is slidably coupled to a key recess in the frame or the second scroll to enable the second scroll to perform the orbiting movement, and the key portion of the Oldham ring is formed of the same material as the second scroll. A wear preventing member is provided between the key portion and the key recess.
ELECTRIC COMPRESSOR WITH ISOLATION CONSTRAINT SYSTEM
An electric compressor includes a housing, refrigerant inlet port, a refrigerant outlet port, an inverter section, a motor section, a compression device and a front cover. The housing defines an intake volume and a discharge volume. The refrigerant inlet port is coupled to the housing and is configured to introduce the refrigerant to the intake volume. The compression device is a scroll-type compression device configured to compress the refrigerant. The refrigerant outlet port is coupled to the housing and is configured to allow compressed refrigerant to exit the scroll-type electric compressor from the discharge volume.
Mechanical vacuum pump for a motor vehicle
A mechanical vacuum pump for a motor vehicle includes a stationary pump housing, a pump rotor rotatably mounted in the pump housing, a plug-coupling element connected for a conjoint rotation with the pump rotor, and a lubricant supply for lubricating the plug-coupling element. The lubricant supply has a lubricant supply channel arranged in the pump housing and a lubricant transport channel arranged in the pump rotor. The lubricant supply channel is arranged so that a lubricant is pumped from a lubricant inlet to a transfer opening. The lubricant transport channel is arranged so that the lubricant is pumped from an acceptance opening to a lubricant outlet opening. The transfer opening and the acceptance opening are temporarily in a fluid communication with each other at least once when the pump rotor rotates. The lubricant outlet opening is arranged with an eccentricity in an end wall of the pump rotor.
SCROLL COMPRESSOR
A scroll compressor is disclosed. The scroll compressor includes a first scroll and a second scroll engaged with the first scroll and configured to perform an orbiting movement. The second scroll forms a compression chamber between the first scroll and the second scroll. The scroll compressor includes a frame positioned opposite the first scroll with the second scroll interposed therebetween. The scroll compressor also includes an oldham ring that has an annular ring portion and a key portion protruding from the ring portion. The key portion is slidably coupled to a key groove provided in the frame or in the second scroll to allow the second scroll to perform an orbiting movement with respect to the first scroll. The scroll compressor also include a reinforcing member coupled to the key portion. The reinforcing member is positioned between the key groove and the key portion.
