Liquid ring pump control
A system comprising: a suction line; a liquid ring pump coupled to the suction line, the liquid ring pump comprising a chamber and an impeller mounted within the chamber; a non-return valve arranged to permit fluid to flow into the chamber via the suction line and to prevent or oppose fluid flow out of the chamber to the suction line; a gas line coupled to the liquid ring pump such that a gas may flow into the liquid ring pump via the gas line, the gas line coupled to the liquid ring pump between the non-return valve and the chamber; a valve disposed on the gas line; and a controller configured to control the valve.
Scroll compressor having hub plate
A compressor may include first and second scrolls, a hub plate and a valve member. The first scroll includes an end plate having a primary discharge passage and a secondary discharge passage. The secondary discharge passage is disposed radially outward from the primary discharge passage. The hub plate is mounted to the first scroll and has a hub discharge passage extending therethrough. The hub discharge passage is in fluid communication with the primary discharge passage. The valve member is movable between open and closed positions. The valve member restricts fluid flow through the secondary discharge passage when in the closed position to restrict fluid communication between the secondary discharge passage and the hub discharge passage. The valve member allows fluid flow through from the secondary discharge passage when in the open position to allow fluid communication between the secondary discharge passage and the hub discharge passage.
SCROLL COMPRESSOR
Disclosed is a scroll compressor including: an orbiting scroll having an orbiting scroll end plate and an orbiting volute formed on one side of the orbiting scroll end plate, and a fixed scroll having a fixed scroll end plate and a fixed volute formed on one side of the fixed scroll end plate. The fixed and orbiting scrolls match each other in order to form a series of compression cavities therebetween including a central compression cavity and middle compression cavities located radially outside of the central compression cavity, and. The middle compression cavities include at least a set of a first middle compression cavity and a second middle compression cavity. A fluid channel selectively communicating with a discharge area is provided between the first and second middle compression cavities, and the first middle compression cavity directly communicates with the second middle compression cavity by means of the fluid channel.
Compressor Having Seal Assembly
A compressor includes a shell, a muffler plate, first and second scroll members, and first and second sealing members. The shell defines first and second pressure regions separated by the muffler plate. The first scroll member includes a first end plate and a first scroll wrap. The first end plate defines an annular recess and a discharge recess. The discharge recess is in communication with the first pressure region. The second scroll member includes a second end plate and a second scroll wrap. The second scroll wrap meshingly engages the first scroll wrap to define a compression chamber therebetween. The first sealing member is at least partially disposed in the discharge passage and fluidly separates the first and second pressure regions from each other. The second sealing member is at least partially disposed in the annular recess.
Split Power Gerotor Pump
A split power gerotor pump includes a rotational axis, a shaft, an inner gerotor, an eccentric pocket, and an outer gerotor. The inner gerotor is rotationally fixed on the shaft, rotatable about the rotational axis, and includes n first lobes. The eccentric pocket is rotatable about the rotational axis, and includes a cylindrical bore with a center radially offset from the rotational axis and an outer surface, disposed radially outside of the cylindrical bore and arranged for direct engagement with a gear or a rotor for an electric motor. The outer gerotor includes a cylindrical outer surface installed in the cylindrical bore and n+1 second lobes.
Check valve assembly
A check valve assembly for a compressor or a vacuum pump includes a valve body adapted to receive a valve plate pivoting between a first open position and a second closed position. The valve body is connected to a discharge port of a compressor unit or to the intake port of a vacuum pump. A second fluid conduit is attachable to the valve body and is connected to an external network. The assembly includes a shaft and at least one bearing for connecting the valve plate to the valve body. The valve plate includes an elongated area having a hollow tube through which the shaft is inserted for rotatably mounting the valve plate. At least one bearing is positioned on the shaft within the hollow tube.
Scroll compressor
The present disclosure relates to a scroll compressor, and it is possible to constitute a depressurized resistance value of a first orifice disposed on an oil recovery part to be lower than a depressurized resistance value of a second orifice, thereby maintaining/enhancing volume efficiency upon driving under a high pressure condition where a pressure of discharged refrigerant is high by increasing the back pressure of a back pressure chamber.
Motor vehicle vacuum pump
An automobile vacuum pump includes a pump chamber with a pump rotor, an outlet chamber, a partition wall separating the pump chamber from the outlet chamber, and an outlet valve in the partition wall. A compressed gas is discharged from the pump chamber into the outlet chamber via the outlet valve. The outlet valve is formed by a valve opening in the partition wall, a valve seat arranged around the valve opening, and a leaf spring provided as a valve body. The leaf spring includes a spring body which includes a fastening site where the spring body is fixed to the partition wall, and a spring-body-side stopper. The spring-body-side stopper is arranged so that a first distance between the spring-body-side stopper and the fastening site is larger than a second distance between the fastening site and an opening edge of the valve opening which is closest to the fastening site.
VACUUM PUMP
A vacuum pump for supplying a machine assembly with negative pressure, the vacuum pump including a housing featuring a delivery chamber which includes a chamber inlet opening and a chamber outlet opening for a gaseous fluid; a suction port for establishing a fluid connection to the machine assembly; a suction channel which connects the delivery chamber to the suction port; and a relief channel which connects the delivery chamber to a relief opening of the housing; a delivery member which can rotate in the delivery chamber in a forward rotational direction and a reverse rotational direction. The fluid is suctioned into the delivery chamber through the chamber inlet opening and discharged through the chamber outlet opening by rotating the delivery member in the forward rotational direction.
SCROLL COMPRESSOR
A scroll compressor comprises: a scroll assembly comprising an orbiting scroll and a non-orbiting scroll which respectively comprise an orbiting scroll profile and a non-orbiting scroll profile and cooperate with each other to form a series of compression chambers, and the scroll assembly defining a gas outlet; and a silencing device provided above the scroll assembly and comprising a partition board and a silencer, the partition board being used to divide an interior space of the scroll compressor into a high-pressure chamber and a low-pressure chamber, the partition board having a central through-hole, the silencer being arranged above the gas outlet, wherein the silencer is fixed to the central through-hole and is independent from the scroll assembly. The silencing device of the scroll compressor can eliminate noise and seal the divided high-pressure and low-pressure chambers, and can be arranged flexibly without interfering with the scroll assembly.
