The insulation sheet is arranged between the casing and crossover wires of the windings.

Hermetic compressor

A hermetic type compressor includes a compressor main body container that is a vertical type having a cylindrical shape, an accumulator container, a compression section that is arranged inside the compressor main body container, that compresses the refrigerant, which has been sucked from the accumulator container, and that discharges the compressed refrigerant. The accumulator container includes an accumulator shell having a cup shape, and in which an opening side of the accumulator shell is bonded to the compressor main body container. A partition member, which partitions an interior portion of the accumulator shell, is provided in the interior portion, and a thermal insulation section, which includes an interior portion space having a hollow structure that blocks a heat transfer from the compressor main body container to the accumulator container, is formed between the partition member and a bottom shell that is included in the compressor main body container.

Compressor with bottom cover and bearing block arrangement

A compressor includes: a housing including a cylindrical body, and a first cover and a second cover which are respectively arranged at two axial ends of the cylindrical body; a compression mechanism accommodated in the housing and constructed to compress a working fluid; a crankshaft constructed for driving the compression mechanism; a motor constructed to drive the crankshaft to rotate; and a bearing block accommodated in a space defined by the motor and the housing and fixedly attached to the housing, wherein the bearing block is constructed to rotatably support the crankshaft by means of a bearing. The housing is provided with a cylindrical reinforcing portion used for defining a space, and the rigidity of the cylindrical reinforcing portion being greater than that of other parts of the housing. The structure can significantly reduce noise radiation and reduce manufacturing processes and costs.

Horizontal compressor

A horizontal compressor includes a case; a high and low pressure separating plate dividing an inner space of the case into a high-pressure chamber and a low-pressure chamber; a compressor in the high-pressure chamber configured to be operated by a motor to compress refrigerant; a suction pipe in the case to communicate with the low-pressure chamber and through which the refrigerant is sucked; and an internal suction pipe to pass through the high and low pressure separating plate, one end of the internal suction pipe connected to the compressor and another end of the internal suction pipe to communicate with the low-pressure chamber so that the refrigerant in the low-pressure chamber flows into the compressor, wherein the internal suction pipe includes a connecting pipe adjacent to a lower surface of the case parallel to a central axis of the case.

Compressor including refrigerant introduction tube

A compressor includes a casing, a compression mechanism, and a refrigerant introduction tube. The casing includes a cylindrical portion surrounding an axis line. The compression mechanism includes a compression chamber. The compression mechanism is welded to the cylindrical portion at a first welding point. The refrigerant introduction tube is configured to guide a refrigerant to the compression chamber. The refrigerant introduction tube overlaps with the first welding point in a plan view seen along a direction in which the axis line extends.
