FLUID PROCESSING MACHINES AND FLUID PRODUCTION SYSTEMS
A fluid processing machine that includes a stator capable of generating an electromagnetic field and a first rotor section having at least one impeller and at least one permanent magnet. The stator is configured to electromagnetically engage with the first rotor section so as to rotate the first rotor section about a central axis in a first rotational direction. Further rotor sections can also be included that are induced to rotate in the first rotational direction. Other rotator sections with impellers and permanent magnets can also be included that are driven in a second, contra-rotating, direction by a second stator. Several of the fluid processing machine can be distributed within a surface system or subsea system that transports produced fluid from wells to a surface facility.
PUMP, PUMP ASSEMBLY AND LIQUID COOLING SYSTEM
A pump assembly includes a plurality of pumps. Each of the pumps includes a pump body, a first opening, a second opening, a first connecting member and a second connecting member. The first opening and the second opening are located at a periphery of the pump body. The first connecting member is disposed on the first opening and the second connecting member is disposed on the second opening. The first connecting member of one of the pumps is detachably connected to the second connecting member of another of the pumps, such that each of the pumps can be connected to any of the pumps.
Pump assembly
A pump assembly with improved sealing includes an outer housing and an insert arranged therein. The insert includes a rotatable shaft and at least two pressure stages. Each pressure stage has a housing, an impeller, and a seal that separates a first pressure chamber from a second pressure chamber. At least one of the pressure stage housings includes a first casing part having a first region having an enlarged inner diameter and a second region having a reduced inner diameter, and a second casing part having at least one first portion having a reduced outer diameter and a second portion having an enlarged outer diameter. The first region surrounds the first portion and at least partially surrounds the second portion, such that an annular chamber is formed between the first casing part and the second part, with the annular chamber being connected to the second pressure chamber.
High volume axial flow electric submersible pump (ESP) pump stage
An electrical submersible pump (ESP) assembly. The ESP assembly comprises an electric motor having a first drive shaft; a seal section having a second drive shaft that is coupled to the first drive shaft; a third drive shaft that is coupled to the second drive shaft; and an axial flow centrifugal pump stage, wherein the centrifugal pump stage comprises an impeller coupled to the third drive shaft and a diffuser, wherein the impeller defines a plurality of impeller vanes attached between an impeller hub and an impeller shroud, wherein the impeller shroud is a straight-walled cylindrical shape, wherein the diffuser defines a plurality of diffuser vanes attached between a diffuser hub and a diffuser shroud, and wherein the diffuser shroud is a straight-walled cylindrical shape.
Miniature pump
A miniature pump including a pump housing, a rotor, a stator, a closing member connected to the top side, and a holding member. The pump housing includes a top side forming a pump chamber, a bottom side, an inlet and an outlet. An end of a shaft is fixed in the pump chamber, and a bearing is pivoted on the shaft. The rotor is provided in the pump chamber to circulate a working fluid passing through the pump chamber. The holding member is disposed on a side of the closing member corresponding to the bearing, and another end of the shaft is accommodated in the holding member.
