IMPELLER FOR CENTRIFUGAL PUMP, PARTICULARLY FOR PUMP OF THE RECESSED IMPELLER TYPE, AND PUMP WITH SUCH AN IMPELLER
An impeller for centrifugal pump, comprising: a disc, a plurality of vanes which extend from the disc, a central body, adapted for connection to a rotating shaft.
Each one of the vanes has a profile with a double curvature: a first curvature with respect to a sectional plane that is parallel to the disc, a second curvature with respect to a sectional plane that is perpendicular to the one of the disc, the first curvature and the second curvature having their concavity directed toward the inside of the impeller.
Sand-mixing equipment
The present invention discloses a novel sand mixing device, including an electric motor and a hydraulic system, wherein the electric motor is used as the power source of the hydraulic system, and the hydraulic system drives all the actuating elements in the sand mixing device. Beneficial effects: in the present invention, the traditional diesel engine drive mode is changed into a motor drive mode and a hydraulic system is maintained, and the power is all in the form of an electro-hydraulic system, realizing the advantages of environmental protection and energy saving with the electric motors as the power source, also taking into account the advantages of small size and flexible layout of the drive parts of the hydraulic system. Therefore, the issues of not environmental-friendly, large size, inconvenient transportation, well site layout, and maintenance in the application of traditional sand mixing device can be addressed.
Device For Protection Of Wastewater Pumps For Wet Accumulation Chambers
A device for protection of wastewater pumps for wet accumulation chambers has a separation chamber provided with a discharge pipe for discharging wastewater into a sewerage network. A supply pipe connected to the separation chamber supplies solid particles containing wastewater into the separation chamber. A reversing valve arranged between the supply pipe and the separation chamber prevents reverse flow of wastewater into the supply pipe. A bidirectional pipe connected to the separation chamber connects the separation chamber with a pump, where the bidirectional pipe serves to supply wastewater from the separation chamber into the pump positioned in the wet accumulation chamber and for reverse flow of wastewater from the pump into the separation chamber to a discharge pipe. A solid particles separator arranged between the separation chamber and the bidirectional pipe separates solid particles contained in wastewater in the separation chamber.
Volute pump
The present invention relates to a volute pump for delivering a liquid containing fibrous substances. The volute pump includes an impeller (1) having a vane (2), and an impeller casing (5) which houses the impeller (1) therein. The impeller casing (5) includes a volute chamber (7), a suction port (3) and a discharge port (4) which communicate with the volute chamber (7), and a tongue portion (10) which forms a starting portion of the volute chamber (7). A groove (18), extending from the suction port (3) to the volute chamber (7), is formed in an inner surface of the impeller casing (5). An intersection point (B), where a terminal end of the vane (2) passes across the groove (18) as viewed from an axial direction of the impeller (1), is located at an opposite side from the tongue portion (10) with respect to a central point of the impeller (1).
Volute pump
A volute pump for delivering a liquid containing fibrous substances. The volute pump includes an impeller (1) rotatable together with a rotational shaft (11), and an impeller casing (5) having a suction port (3) and a volute chamber (7). A groove (18), extending from the suction port (3) to the volute chamber (7), is formed in an inner surface of the impeller casing (5). The impeller (1) includes a hub (13) to which the rotational shaft (11) is fixed, and a sweep-back vane (2) extending helically from the hub (13). The sweep-back vane (2) includes a leading edge portion (2a) extending helically from the hub (13), and a trailing edge portion (2b) extending helically from the leading edge portion (2a). The leading edge portion (2a) has a front-side curved surface (2e) extending from an inner end (2c) to an outer end (2d) of the leading edge portion (2a).
Cutting Blade Assembly
Embodiments of the invention provide a cutting blade assembly operably coupleable to a fluid pump. The cutting blade assembly comprises a cutting plate and a cutting hub. The cutting plate may have a front axial surface, an opening, and a plurality of cutting features. Each of the plurality of cutting features may define a pair of cutting edges. The cutting hub may be disposed at least partially within the opening of the cutting plate and may have a cutting arm and fin adjacent to the front axial surface. The cutting arm may define an arcuate front surface having a leading edge. When the cutting plate and the cutting hub are rotated relative to each other, the leading edge of the cutting arm may pass adjacent to the plurality of cutting features so that the relative rotation of the cutting plate and the cutting hub defines a cutting action between the cutting arm and each cutting feature.
Apparatus for Diluting and Applying Firefighting Chemical
This relates to apparatus that can form dilute aqueous firefighting compositions from an aqueous concentrate.
Blade and pump impeller assembly for a dishwasher
A dishwasher comprising a chassis, a tub supported by the chassis and at least partially defining a treating chamber, and a pump that circulates wash liquid in the treating chamber. The pump has an impeller that has a cover, a base with an axis of rotation, and at least one fin protruding from the base. The impeller also has a cap removably coupled to the impeller and at least one blade integrally formed with the cap.
Dual stage grinder pump
A dual stage grinder pump (10) includes a housing (12) with a liquid inlet (20) and an outlet (26). An impeller (36) includes first impeller vanes (52) on a first axial side, and second impeller vanes (60) on a second axial side. A grinder (40) operates to reduce the size of suspended solids in the liquid that enters the pump inlet. Liquid passes from the inlet to a first fluid passage (30) and is acted upon by first vanes of the impeller in a first stage, and then passes through a second fluid passage (72). Liquid is acted upon by the second vanes of the impeller in a second stage and is passed through a third fluid passage (88) to the outlet.
Well debris handling system
