The electric motor is a ring motor surrounding at least a portion of a fluid flow path through the pump. A stator is arranged internally in an intermediate section of the pump casing and surrounds the rotor. The rotor, which is supported in the pump casing, is cylinder-shaped and forms an intermediate portion of the fluid flow path, and the at least one pump vane is attached internally in the rotor.

Energy-conserving fluid pump

An energy-conserving fluid pump is an apparatus used to transport low viscosity fluids like water and fuel without experiencing cavitation, recirculation, nor motor locking while also conserving energy. The apparatus includes a fluid diffuser, a fluid densifier, a convergent housing, and a strut assembly. The fluid diffuser improves the efficiency of the apparatus by expanding the fluid inflow and maintaining a fluid pressure buildup. The fluid densifier shears the incoming fluid flow from the fluid diffuser and increases the fluid outflow pressure. The convergent housing encloses the fluid diffuser and the fluid densifier while facilitating the outflow of the pressurized fluid without the loss of fluid pressure nor cavitation. In addition, the convergent housing facilitates the transfer of torque to the fluid diffuser for the operation of the apparatus. The strut assembly keeps the fluid densifier stationary while enabling the rotation of the convergent housing and/or the fluid diffuser.

The upper cover is installed on the base, the heat exchange cavity is formed between the base and the upper cover, and the cooling fin module is installed in the heat exchange cavity. The upper cover includes at least one nozzle module and a plurality of two-phase fluid channels. The two-phase fluid channels are respectively located on both sides of the nozzle module, and the nozzle module sprays a heat dissipating fluid to the cooling fin module, and the heat dissipating fluid flows along the cooling fin module to the two-phase fluid channels on both sides of the cooling fin module to cool the cooling fin module.

The invention relates to an electric motor comprising an electronics housing in which motor electronics are accommodated, a stator bush for accommodating a stator and which is axially adjacent to the electronics housing, and a cooling impeller which is axially adjacent to the stator bush and which can be driven via a rotor, wherein a fluidically connected axial through-channel is provided in the stator bush and in the electronics housing, through which channel a cooling air flow generated by the cooling impeller can be conveyed, and wherein the cooling impeller has a blade geometry such that, in normal operation of the electric motor, the cooling air flow is drawn in radially from outside at a peripheral radial air inlet of the cooling impeller and pressed through the through-channel in axial direction.

A fluid transfer pump assembly that includes a motor enclosure assembly that forms a motor cavity sized to receive a motor. The motor enclosure includes a flame path that extends from an interior joint to an exterior joint. The interior joint faces the motor cavity and the exterior joint faces exterior of the motor enclosure assembly. A heat sink is located in the motor cavity of the motor enclosure assembly. A portion of the heat sink abuts the interior joint.

Disclosed is a permanent magnet direct-drive slurry pump based on gas film drag reduction, which includes a permanent magnet motor, a main shaft, an impeller, and a valve block. The permanent magnet motor includes a housing, a stator core, stator windings, a rotor core, and a permanent magnet. The rotor core and the impeller share the main shaft, and an airflow channel is provided inside the main shaft. The impeller includes a front cover plate, a back cover plate, and blades. The blades are modularly manufactured, and blade gas jet holes and hemispherical pits are provided on the pressure surface. The airflow channel in the main shaft is communicated with the blade gas-jet holes. The valve block is disposed at the tail end of the main shaft so as to control gas exhaust and prevent liquid from entering the shaft. The present invention has such advantages as a small size, high efficiency, and strong wear resistance.

A PUMP WITH A BEARING LUBRICATION SYSTEM

The pump comprises a casing; a statoric part stationarily housed in the casing; at least one impeller arranged for rotation in the casing. A process fluid path extends though the statoric part and the impeller-M. A bearing rotatingly supports the impeller in the casing and a bearing lubrication path is provided, to circulate a fluid flow through the bearing. A rotary screw integral with the impeller and rotating therewith when the pump is operating provides a pumping action on process fluid such that rotation of the impeller promotes process fluid circulation by means of said rotary screw through the bearing lubrication path.
