Electric motor-vehicle coolant pump

An electric motor-vehicle coolant pump includes a housing, a pump unit with blade elements, a motor unit with a motor stator and a motor rotor which are mounted in the housing via a bearing, and inlet and outlet openings with respective center axes. The pump unit pumps a cooling fluid. The motor rotor has an impeller element and a drive element which extends in an axial direction and which has an axis of rotation. The blade elements are arranged on the impeller element. The inlet and outlet openings each allow the cooling fluid to flow through the motor unit. The outlet openings of the pump unit are arranged in the motor rotor. When viewed in an outlet direction, the respective center axes of the outlet openings include an angle α of 10° to 135° with respect to a projection of the axis of rotation into the respective outlet opening.

Micro water pump

The present disclosure provides a micro water pump, including: a pump body having a cavity, an inlet communicating with the cavity, and an outlet communicating with the cavity; a drive mechanism installed on the pump body for driving liquid from the inlet into the cavity and discharging from the outlet. The pump body includes a base, an upper cover engaging with the base for forming the cavity, and a barrier member. The upper cover includes a fixed wall located in the cavity. The barrier member protrudes from the fixed wall for preventing the drive mechanism from colliding and rubbing with the fixed wall during rotation. By virtue of the configuration, improved heat-dissipation performance is performed.

Adjustable blade of impeller built-in electric pump

An adjustable blade of an impeller built-in electric pump includes a blade body, where the blade body realizes an angle adjustment through a lever regulator structure. The lever regulator structure includes a control shaft arranged at a root of the blade body, the other end of the control shaft is connected to a crank, the other end of the crank is rotatably connected to one end of a connecting rod, the other end of the connecting rod is rotatably connected to an operating frame, and the operating frame is provided with a drive rod configured to drive the operating frame to move. The adjustable blade of the impeller built-in electric pump has the advantages of being compact and simple, low manufacturing cost and low difficulty of installation and maintenance. Moreover, by adjusting the angle of the blade, the vibration during the start-up of the unit can be effectively reduced.
