A submersible pump, comprising: a casing, having accommodated therein a pumping unit and a drive unit for driving the pumping unit; a base, defining a pump inlet; and a float control unit. The float control unit comprises: a float, having at least one magnet; and a float chamber housing, defining a float chamber in which the float is movable up and down. The float chamber has at least one opening which connects the float chamber with an external environment. At least part of the float chamber housing is movably or removably attached to an outer wall of a casing of the submersible pump.

ELECTRIC PUMP

Disclosed is an electric pump, comprising a stator assembly, an electric control board assembly, and a conduction member capable of conducting electricity, wherein the stator assembly is electrically connected to the electric control board assembly; the stator assembly comprises a stator core; and the conduction member is electrically connected to a reference ground layer of the electric control board assembly and to the stator core, such that the influence of accumulated charges on the electric control board assembly is reduced, thereby improving the performance of the electric pump.

Methods and apparatus for controlling fan devices

Various embodiments are directed to use of RF and WiFi control in a fan device to control fan status and speed and/or fan light on/off status and intensity. A customer premises includes a WiFi router through which WiFi communications can be sent from a WiFi capable device, e.g., a cell phone, to control the fan device and its various functions. While WiFi control is via a WiFi router in the home, the control signals normally do not traverse the Internet or another external network. In addition to WiFi control, control of the fan device can be via an RF control device, e.g., a wall mounted controller. In some embodiments, the fan device reports its state and/or changes in state due to received commands to a server, and the server generates a recommended normal control schedule and an away control schedule and then uses the schedules to control fan device.

MOTOR-DRIVEN COMPRESSOR AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING MOTOR-DRIVEN COMPRESSOR

A motor-driven compressor with a housing and an electric motor includes a stator that includes a stator core including a yoke and teeth, an insulator including an insulator base in contact with an end face of the yoke, and three-phase windings, each being wound around the corresponding teeth in a concentrated manner so as to form coils. The winding of each phase forms connection wires locked on an outer circumferential surface of the insulator base. Each connection wire connects adjacent coils of the corresponding phase. The outer circumferential surface includes a locking surface including accommodation grooves, each accommodating the corresponding connection wire, and a non-locking surface that does not lock the connection wires. The stator core includes an engagement recess that engages with part of a jig. The engagement recess is located radially outward from the insulator base on the end face and located radially outward from the non-locking surface.

A terminal box for a centrifugal pump is releasably connectable to an electronic extension module by a locking element. A pluggable electric interface extends through an opening from an underside of the base plate into the terminal box to electrically connect the pump control for establishing a data link. The locking element is slidable in the cavity and is movable manually from a first position to a second position and by a tool from this second position to this first position. It also has on a first side a resilient latch engaging with either a first recess of the terminal box and holding the locking element in the first position, or a second recess of the terminal box holding the locking element in the second position. Thus the locking element frees the module for plugging-in in the first position, and arrests the module in the second position.

Integrated electric submersible pumping system with electromagnetically driven impeller

An electric submersible pumping system is constructed with an outer housing which contains an integrated pump and motor. The pump may comprise an impeller disposed within a stator of the motor to form an integrated pump and the motor. An electric submersible pumping system includes a stator having a passage extending longitudinally through the stator. A plurality of stages, including impellers and diffusers, are disposed within the passage.

Seal assembly for a downhole device

A sealing assembly for a downhole device has first (12) and second sealing (22) components which are urged together to make up the assembly such that a first sealing surface (34) on the first component radially presses a lip member (44) on the second component to change the angle of a second sealing surface (45) in the connected assembly. The components are urged together by a driving member (60) which can have screw threads that cooperate with the first component. The lip may be annular and may be formed by an undercut or recess (42) radially inwardly or outwardly of the lip member, allowing the lip member to bend radially inwards into the recess, during insertion of the second sealing component into the first.

Rotation drive device and centrifugal pump apparatus employing same

This centrifugal blood pump apparatus includes an impeller (10) provided in a blood chamber (7), and a plurality of coils (20) provided in a motor chamber (8) for driving the impeller (10) to rotate with a dividing wall (6) interposed therebetween. A flexible substrate (23) in the shape of a strip is arranged to surround outer circumferences of the plurality of coils (20), and is connected to the plurality of coils (20) and a connector (24). A driving voltage (VU, VV, VW) is externally supplied to the plurality of coils (20) via the connector (24) and the flexible substrate (23). Thus, assembling workability, productivity and reliability are improved.
