VACUUM PUMP SYSTEM
A vacuum pump system having at least two chambers which are arranged in series. A turbomolecular pump is connected to the second or final chamber, and a multistage Roots pump is connected to the first chamber, wherein the outlet of the first chamber is connected to an intermediate inlet of the multistage vacuum pump, and an outlet of the turbomolecular pump is connected to a main inlet of the multistage vacuum pump.
Vacuum pump
Provided is a vacuum pump that prevents the solidification of gas while being operated properly. The vacuum pump includes a rotor that is supported rotatably on a base, a stator that has a thread groove portion, and a heating structure that heats the stator. The heating structure has a spacer that insulates the stator from stator components other than the stator, and a cartridge heater that heats the stator. The distance between a rotor cylindrical portion and the stator at the inlet port side is set to be equal to or greater than the distance between the rotor cylindrical portion and the stator at the outlet port side.
Resin molded rotor, canned motor, canned motor pump, fan scrubber, and vacuum pump apparatus
A resin molded rotor includes a rotor, a main shaft, and a resin mold. The rotor is configured to hold a magnet. The main shaft is provided with the rotor mounted thereto and is configured to transmit power to the outside. The resin mold is configured to integrally cover the rotor and part of the main shaft on respective sides in an axial direction of the rotor. An O-ring is placed between the resin mold and the main shaft to seal between the resin mold and the main shaft.
VACUUM SYSTEM
The invention relates to a vacuum system, comprising a vacuum pump, preferably turbomolecular pump, and at least one vacuum chamber, wherein the vacuum pump comprises: at least a first and a second inlet and a common outlet; at least a first and a second pumping stage, each pumping stage comprising at least one rotor element being arranged on a common rotor shaft, wherein the first inlet is connected to an upstream end of the first pumping stage and the second inlet is connected to an upstream end of the second pumping stage; a direction element for preventing a gas flow from a downstream end of the first pumping stage to the second inlet; a conduit having a conduit inlet and a conduit outlet, wherein the conduit inlet is connected to the downstream end of the first pumping stage and the conduit outlet is connected to a location downstream of the second pumping stage; wherein the first inlet and the second inlet of the pump are connected to the same vacuum chamber.
VACUUM PUMP
A vacuum pump capable of suppressing the solidification of gas in a normal operation of a pump is provided. Provided is a vacuum pump including a casing that has an inlet port for sucking gas from outside and an outlet port for exhausting the gas to the outside; a turbo-molecular-pump mechanism that is disposed in the casing and includes rotor blades and stator blades alternately arranged in multiple stages in an axial direction; a thread-groove-pump mechanism that is disposed in the casing and is connectedly disposed on an exhaust side of the turbo-molecular-pump mechanism; first temperature regulating means that is configured to regulate cooling of the turbo-molecular-pump mechanism; and second temperature regulating means that is configured to regulate heating of the thread-groove-pump mechanism.
MULTI-PRESSURE INTEGRATED AIR PUMP
A high and low-pressure integrated air pump includes a single housing including an air inlet and an air outlet. A high-pressure pump is disposed within the housing and in fluid communication with the air inlet, and uses a first outlet passage to discharge to the air outlet. A low-pressure pump is also disposed within the housing and in fluid communication with the air inlet, and uses a second outlet passage to discharge to the air outlet.
Cooling systems
Examples herein relate to cooling systems. In one example, a cooling system comprises a plurality of adjacent fan modules configured to generate a plurality of cooling flows, a fan cage having a central axis adapted to contain the plurality of adjacent fan modules, the fan cage comprising a cavity on its central axis. Furthermore, the system comprises a first support bracket adapted to support the fan cage such that the fan cage rotates on its central axis and a bush established in the cavity of the fan cage. A first end of the bush is adapted to engage the first support bracket on a first surface of the fan cage.
VACUUM PUMP AND LEAK DETECTOR
A vacuum pump comprises: a pump rotor portion configured such that multiple rotor blade stages including stacking portions formed in a ring shape and turbine blades radially formed on an outer peripheral side of the stacking portions are stacked on each other; a rotor shaft to which inner peripheral surfaces of the stacking portions of the multiple rotor blade stages stacked on each other are fixed; and a communication path allowing communication between a clearance space between the rotor shaft and each stacking portion and a pump exhaust path in which the turbine blades are arranged and discharging gas in the clearance space through the pump exhaust path.
Vacuum pump
Turbomolecular stator components include an array of stator blades, arranged to interact with pumped gases. Spacers are used to locate the stator blade array and couple the stator blade array to a housing. The stator components include an outer section that is resilient and arranged to cooperate with the spacers.
VACUUM PUMPING ARRANGEMENT
A vacuum pumping arrangement comprising multiple pumping stages for evacuating a process chamber and a method of cleaning the vacuum pumping arrangement is discussed. The vacuum pumping arrangement comprises: at least one turbomolecular pumping stage; at least one further pumping stage downstream of the turbomolecular pumping stage; and at least one inlet for admitting radicals into the vacuum pumping arrangement, the at least one inlet being located downstream of the turbomolecular stage and upstream of at least one of the at least one further pumping stage.
