The rotating group includes a shaft that supports a compressor wheel proximate a first end of the shaft. A second end of the shaft extends away from the compressor wheel through the cavity of the housing. The compressor device further includes a moisture evacuation system configured to remove airborne moisture from the compressor device. The moisture evacuation system includes a shaft passage extending through the second end of the shaft and a housing passage extending through an outer wall of the housing. The shaft passage is fluidly connected to the cavity. The housing passage is fluidly connected to the shaft passage. The moisture evacuation system is configured to direct the airborne moisture from the cavity, through the shaft passage, and out of the housing via the housing passage.

The motor cooling passage includes a plurality of cooling axial passages having a first cooling axial passage through which the cooling fluid is supplied to the heat exchanger and a second cooling axial passage through which the cooling fluid is discharged from the heat exchanger. The heat exchanger has a first port communicating with the first cooling axial passage, a second port communicating with the second cooling axial passage, and a third port communicating with an air axial passage extending in an axial direction of a rotary shaft.

A blower motor is provided and includes a support assembly provided with a first stop step surface, a stator assembly disposed in the support assembly, a rotor assembly disposed in the stator assembly and an end cover disposed on the stator assembly and abutted against the support assembly and provided with a second stop step surface. The rotor assembly includes a rotating shaft and two ends of the rotating shaft are respectively provided with a first bearing and a second bearing. A resilient gasket is provided on one of the first stop step surface and the second stop step surface. The bearings are positioned by springs and cooperate with the resilient gasket to apply a tightening force to the bearings, which can reduce clearances in the bearings and effectively prevent balls in the bearings from making noise under a high-frequency vibration.

CENTRIFUGAL COMPRESSOR

A centrifugal compressor that includes: a rotary shaft; a compressor impeller mounted on the rotary shaft and configured to rotate together with the rotary shaft to compress a fluid; a housing accommodating the rotary shaft and the compressor impeller; and a thrust bearing supporting the rotary shaft in a thrust direction such that the rotary shaft is rotatable. The housing includes: an impeller chamber in which the compressor impeller is accommodated; a thrust bearing accommodation chamber in which the thrust bearing is accommodated; and a partition wall separating the impeller chamber from the thrust bearing accommodation chamber. The partition wall has therein a cooling gas passage through which cooling gas flows to cool the thrust bearing and a cooling water passage through which cooling water flows to cool the partition wall.
