A neck fan includes an arc-shaped shell configured to hang around user's neck and at least four fan assemblies arranged in the shell. The shell includes a first part and a second part. Each of the first part and the second part defines an accommodating space, air inlets and air outlets communicated with the accommodating space, at least one partition is arranged in the accommodating space and configured to divide the accommodating space into at least two accommodating parts arranged along an extension direction of the shell. Each of the fan assemblies is arranged in one of the at least two accommodating parts and is configured to direct air into the one of the at least two accommodating parts through corresponding air inlets and to direct air out of the one of the at least two accommodating parts through corresponding air outlets.

Portable blowing device

A portable blowing device configured for being worn around a neck of a human body, includes two arms each defining an airflow channel therein; and fans received in the arms respectively. The arm includes an inner side wall close to the neck and an outer side wall connected to the inner side wall. The arm includes an air inlet and an air outlet in communication with the airflow channel respectively. The air inlet is arranged at the inner side wall and/or the outer side wall. The fan is configured to generate an airflow passing through the air inlet, the airflow channel and the air outlet in sequence.

The second airflow may be generated by the fan blade interacting with the first airflow. A heat sink shield for a thermoelectric fan wherein the heat sink shield is configured to attach to the thermoelectric fan and configured to at least partially shield the heat sink from a vorticity vector field and related air flows generated by the fan blade.

The device can further include a second fan assembly disposed at a distal end of the second arm, comprising a fan, at least one air inlet, and least one air outlet directed off-axis from the second axis. The device can include a rear plate for cooling and/or heating. The device, in some embodiments, can be structured to be worn around a neck.
