Pump bearing retainer
12110901 · 2024-10-08 · ·

A wet-running pump bearing retainer (29) includes a radial bearing configured for a lubrication film between an inner sliding surface (41) and a rotor shaft (13) of a pump (1). The radial bearing is fitted into a radially inner section (49) that defines an axial fluid channel (45), located at a first radial distance (D1) to a rotor axis (R) and providing a fluid flow path (F1) in a first axial flow direction. The first radial distance is larger than a radius (D0) of the inner sliding surface. A radially outer section (51) extends from the inner section and defines a second axial fluid channel (47) for a flow path (F2) in a second axial flow direction, opposite to the first flow direction. The second axial fluid channel is located at a second radial distance (D2) to the rotor axis, which is larger than the first radial distance.

A fluid pump assembly is provided. The pump has a pair of units magnetically coupled to each other. The first unit contains a drive motor and a magnetic assembly. The second unit contains a magnetic assembly and a blade of a propeller/impeller for imparting movement to a fluid. As the first unit is activated by the drive motor, a magnetic flux is created which in turn rotates the magnetic assembly in the second unit, driving the blade.

Permanent magnet motor pump

A structural improvement of the canned pump is to improve the stiffness of a stationary shaft and, according to requirement, to dispose a monitor device. The method for improving the stiffness of the stationary shaft includes axially inserting a shaft metal rear support of the metal structural of a motor rear casing of a canned motor into the inner side of a rotor yoke of an inner rotor of the canned motor, tightly attaching the shaft metal rear support to a rear shaft seat for improving the stiffness of the stationary shaft by longer hold length, and for shortening an arm length of the composite force. The monitor device, used for detecting the wear of a bearing for enhancing the reliability and satisfying the driving requirement, is installed in the ring slot to be protected by the rear shaft seat.
