ELECTROMAGNETIC ROTARY DRIVE, A CENTRIFUGAL PUMP AND A PUMP UNIT
An electromagnetic rotary drive includes a rotor including a magnetically effective core surrounded by a stator. The stator has poles arranged around the magnetically effective core and each of the poles is delimited by an end face. The rotor is capable of being magnetically driven without contact in an operating state about an axial direction, and is capable of being magnetically levitated without contact with respect to the stator. The rotor is configured to be magnetically levitated in a radial plane and is passively magnetically stabilized in the axial direction against tilting. The magnetically effective core has a rotor height which is a maximum extension of the magnetically effective core in the axial direction, the rotor height being greater than a stator pole height defined by a maximum extension of the end faces in the axial direction.
Blood pump device
Disclosed is a blood pump device. The blood pump device includes: a housing having an overflow passage, and an inlet and an outlet respectively connected to the overflow passage; a rotor assembly rotatably disposed in the overflow passage; a coil disposed in a side wall of the housing; a first permanent magnet portion disposed inside the rotor assembly; a second permanent magnet portion disposed in the side wall of the housing, the first permanent magnet portion and the second permanent magnet portion forming a radial permanent magnet bearing; a piece of electric motor magnetic steel disposed inside a rotor of the rotor assembly; and a magnetic protection portion disposed at a periphery of the coil, wherein the magnetic protection portion and the electric motor magnetic steel act together to provide an axial pre-tightening force for the rotor assembly.
Pumping device, a single-use device and a method for operating a pumping device
A pumping device includes a single-use device and a reusable device. The single-use device is to be inserted into the reusable device and includes two pump units in series, one behind the other. Each pump unit includes a rotor for a bearingless motor, and can be magnetically levitated and driven without contact for rotation about an axial direction. The reusable device includes a stator for each rotor which form an electromagnetic rotary drive for rotating the rotor about the axial direction. Each stator is a bearing and drive stator with which the rotor can be magnetically driven and levitated without contact with respect to the stator. An independent control device is provided for each stator, and can independently activate a respective stator.
Axial gap generator measurement tool
A tool includes a device including a housing and a rotor, the rotor to rotate about a longitudinal axis, and an axial gap generator including a stator assembly positioned adjacent to the rotor. The axial gap generator generates a voltage signal as a function of a gap spacing between the stator assembly and the rotor, the gap spacing being parallel to the longitudinal axis.

Apparatus for compressor
A compressor that vibrates a rotary shaft or changes an operating frequency of a motor, in response to a vibration frequency of a discharge passage falling outside of a normal range. The compressor may include one or more impeller configured to draw in and compress refrigerant; a motor configured to rotate the one or more impeller; a rotary shaft, to which the one or more impeller and the motor are coupled; at least two thrust bearings that limit vibration of the rotary shaft; a vibration measuring sensor configured to measure a vibration frequency of a discharge passage; and a controller configured to control the at least two thrust bearings based on the vibration frequency. Upon determining that the vibration frequency falls outside of a normal vibration frequency range, the controller controls the at least two thrust bearings to vibrate the rotary shaft a predetermined number of times.
