Disclosed herein are a dual inlet volute with an impeller and pump for same, and related methods. In one form a pump is provided comprising a motor configured to rotate a shaft, an impeller operatively coupled to the shaft, and a volute housing the impeller, the volute having a first inlet, a second inlet, and a discharge in fluid communication with the first and second inlets.

HIGH EFFICIENCY DOUBLE SUCTION IMPELLER
20180128271 · 2018-05-10 ·

A new double suction impeller, in particular for centrifugal pumps and hydraulic power recovery turbines, wherein the flow-path arrangement has inter-blade channels intersecting each other at the impeller's outer diameter so that the equivalent number of blades is doubled with respect to a conventional configuration obtained by the coupling of two single suction impellers.

SILENT HIGH-SPEED FAN
20240401604 · 2024-12-05 ·

The present disclosure discloses a silent high-speed fan, including a shell; an air duct is formed on the shell; an air inlet and an air outlet are respectively provided at two ends of the air duct; a boosting mechanism is arranged in the air duct; a rectification mechanism is arranged at the air outlet; the rectification mechanism includes a necking hood that covers the air outlet and a rectification blade group composed of a plurality of rectification blades arranged coaxially on an inner side of the necking hood in an annular array. The present disclosure controls the details in an air flow stroke, so that the turbulence is eliminated step by step, and the turbulence is eliminated at the source, to achieve an effect of silently blowing air at a high speed.

MULTIPLE BLADE ROWS FOR IMPELLER AND DIFFUSER STAGES
20250027507 · 2025-01-23 ·

A machine that includes a centrifugal impeller and a diffuser. The impeller has two rows of impeller blades. A first row accelerates the flow away from the axis of rotation, and discharges the flow in an outward radial direction to a second row of impeller blades. The second row first accelerates the flow toward the axis of rotation in an inward radial direction, and then accelerates the flow in the first axial direction. The diffuser has two rows of diffuser blades. A first row of diffuser blades first accelerates the flow in the first axial direction, and then accelerates the flow toward the axis of rotation. The second row of diffuser blades first accelerates the flow away from the axis of rotation, then accelerates the flow in the first axial direction, and then discharges the flow from the diffuser in the first axial direction.

Impeller, And Pump And Fluid Delivery Device Using The Impeller
20170159669 · 2017-06-08 ·

An impeller, and a pump and a fluid delivery device using the pump are disclosed. An impeller includes an base plate and a plurality of long blades and a plurality of short blades disposed on the base plate. The impeller further includes a shaft mounting portion disposed on the base plate. The plurality of long blades and the plurality of short blades are alternatively arranged on the base plate and surround the shaft mounting portion. The long blades and the short blades are all arcuate blades. The above fluid delivery device, the pump and the impeller have improved efficiency.

WATER PUMP
20250264110 · 2025-08-21 · ·

The present disclosure relates to a water pump in which an upper casing and a lower casing are coupled to each other and an impeller is rotatably accommodated therein, in which the upper casing has an upper bulkhead formed to protrude at a position between an impeller accommodating space and a discharge channel in a radial direction, the lower casing has a lower bulkhead formed to protrude at a position between the impeller accommodating space and the discharge channel in the radial direction, and a gap (TcA) between an upper side of an outer side end of the impeller and the upper bulkhead in the radial direction is formed greater than a gap (TcB) between a lower side of the outer side end of the impeller and the lower bulkhead in the radial direction, thereby reducing a thrust generated when the impeller rotates.
