Fan for ovens
Fan for ovens, which comprises a support plate and multiple blades projectingly fixed on the support plate and arranged around the rotation axis of the fan. Each blade is provided with a rear edge fixed to the support plate, with an external edge and with an internal edge placed to connect between the rear edge and the external edge and facing the front side of the fan. The fan also comprises a ring fixed to the blades, positioned in a position substantially intermediate between the internal edge of the blades and the support plate in order to create a non-interference zone.
Erosion protection system
An erosion protection system (EPS) has a first erosion protection unit (EPU) having a first ligament and a first scale attached to the first ligament, the first scale having an outer hardness that is greater than a hardness of the first ligament. The EPS also has a second EPU having a second ligament and a second scale attached to the second ligament, the second scale having an outer hardness that is greater than a hardness of the second ligament. The EPS also has an interstitial space between the first ligament and the second ligament wherein at least one of (1) the first scale overlaps at least a portion of the second EPU and (2) the second scale overlaps at least a portion of the first EPU.
Method for producing a protective reinforcement for a blade (P) having a curved leading edge or trailing edge
The invention proposes a method for producing a protective reinforcement for the leading edge (BA) or trailing edge of a blade (P), the leading edge (BA) or trailing edge being curved, the method comprising steps of flattening (102) a hollow tube (1) so as to form at least one fold line (6) extending along the tube (1), opening (104) the flattened tube (1) by cutting the tube (1) along a cutting line (8) opposite the fold line (6) with respect to the tube (1), so as to form two flanks (16, 18) linked at the fold line (6) and intended to be mounted on the pressure side and the suction side of the blade (P), the method being characterised by a preliminary step (100) of bending the hollow tube (1) carried out before the flattening (102) and adapted such that the fold line (6) after flattening (102) is curved and substantially matches the curved leading edge (BA) of the blade (P).
Pump system for high pressure application
A pump system for high pressure, high volume applications is presented. The pump system includes a turbo-shaft engine having a drive shaft and a high pressure, high RPM centrifugal pump coupled to the drive shaft. In certain embodiments the pump system further includes a second low pressure, high RPM centrifugal pump coupled to the drive shaft.
Centrifugal fan rotor and apparatus incorporating the centrifugal fan rotor
A centrifugal fan rotor having a frame with a rotary axis and a plurality of blades on the frame at circumferentially spaced locations around the rotary axis. The plurality of blades each has a leading edge and a trailing edge radially outside of the leading edge. The plurality of blades each has circumferentially oppositely facing first and second surfaces each extending between respective leading and trailing edges. The plurality of blades each has a material bonded at the leading edge and over only a portion of the exposed surface area of one of the first and second surfaces.
Centrifugal multiblade blower
A centrifugal multiblade blower includes: an electric motor; and an impeller blowing off air outward in a radial direction by being rotated by the electric motor. A main plate of the impeller has an uneven part on one surface adjacent to the electric motor in a thickness direction of the main plate. The one surface is in contact with air passing through inside of the electric motor. A surface shape of the uneven part is formed in manner that, among a whole surface of the uneven part, a total surface area of a surface facing inward in a radial direction of the motor is larger than an imaginary smooth surface on which the surface shape of the uneven part is defined to be a smooth surface without the uneven part.
Turbo compressor and turbo refrigerating machine
Provided are a turbo compressor which is provided with an impeller rotating about a rotating shaft, and a seal part having a facing portion which faces an outer diameter portion of a hub of the impeller in a radial direction, in which a shunting groove for foreign matter which has infiltrated between the outer diameter portion and the facing portion is formed in the seal part, and a turbo refrigerating machine which is provided with the turbo compressor.
METHOD FOR PRODUCING A PROTECTIVE REINFORCEMENT FOR A BLADE (P) HAVING A CURVED LEADING EDGE OR TRAILING EDGE
