PASSIVE FLOW REVERSAL REDUCTION IN COMPRESSOR ASSEMBLY
A compressor includes a housing having an inlet and an outlet and a fluid flow path extending between the inlet and the outlet. An impeller is mounted within the housing and is movable to move a fluid from the inlet along the fluid flow path to the outlet. A plurality of flow interference elements is arranged within the housing at one or more locations along the fluid flow path. When a fluid flows through the fluid flow path in a backwards direction of flow, a disturbance is generated in the fluid adjacent each of the plurality of flow interference elements.
CENTRIFUGAL FAN
A centrifugal fan is disclosed and includes a housing, a fan wheel, a first throat portion and a second throat portion. The housing includes a lower cover connected to an upper cover through a peripheral wall to form an accommodation space and an outlet. The upper cover includes an inlet communicated with the outlet. The fan wheel is disposed on the lower cover and accommodated in the accommodation space. The fan wheel is rotated along a rotation direction. The first throat portion is disposed adjacent to a lateral end of the outlet and protrudes from the peripheral wall toward the accommodation space. The second throat portion is disposed adjacent to another lateral end of the outlet, and protrudes from the peripheral wall toward the accommodation space. When the fan wheel is rotated along the rotational direction, an airflow is guided from the first throat portion to the second throat portion.
ACTIVE UNLOADING DEVICE FOR MIXED FLOW COMPRESSORS
A compressor according to an exemplary aspect of the present disclosure includes, among other things, a mixed compression stage having both axial and radial components arranged along a main flow path, and a radial compression stage having an impeller with a plurality of vanes arranged in the main flow path downstream of the mixed compression stage. The impeller is configured to rotate about an axis and has an outlet downstream of the vanes. A movable diffuser is arranged at the outlet, and the movable diffuser is configured to vary an area of the outlet.
Centrifugal compressor and air conditioning equipment
The present disclosure relates to a centrifugal compressor and air conditioning equipment. The centrifugal compressor includes: a main shaft; a diffuser, provided with a first thrust bearing at one end away from a diffusion surface; a supporting assembly, provided with a second thrust bearing at one end facing towards the diffuser; and a thrust disk, configured to rotate together with the main shaft, located between the diffuser and the supporting assembly along an axial direction and provided with a thrust portion, a clearance between one side of the thrust portion and the first thrust bearing and a clearance between the other side of the thrust portion and the second thrust bearing being limited through mutual abutting of the diffuser and the supporting assembly.
AIR CONDITIONER
First and second towers may discharge air. An airflow guide or converter may change a direction of the air discharged from the first tower and the second tower by moving a gate inside and outside of at least one of the first or second towers so as to block discharged air flowing forward and selectively facilitate an upward air flow. The airflow converter may include a guide motor to provide a driving force, the gate, which may reciprocate between the inside and the outside of the first and/or second towers; and a board guider connected to the gate to transmit a driving force of the guide motor to the gate as a linear motion force.
CENTRIFUGAL COMPRESSOR
A centrifugal compressor is shown, comprising: an impeller; a rotatably mounted diffuser surrounding the impeller; and a driving arrangement configured to drive the impeller and diffuser to rotate in opposing directions.
BLOWER
The present disclosure relates to a blower. The blower according to an aspect of the present disclosure includes: a lower case in which a suction port is formed; a fan disposed inside the lower case and blowing air introduced through the suction port upward; a first tower elongated to an upper side from the lower case and formed with a first discharge port opening forward; a second tower spaced apart from the first tower in a horizontal direction, elongated to an upper side from the lower case, and formed with a second discharge port opening forward; an air guide disposed inside the first tower and spaced apart from a front end of the first tower and elongated along a front and rear direction toward the first discharge port; and a handle disposed between the fan and the air guide and elongated from upstream of the air guide toward the front end of the first tower. The handle is disposed between the fan and the air guide, so that the blowing performance of the blower can be enhanced.
Hermetic blower for high-temperature gas
Discloses is a hermetic blower for high-temperature gas, including: a blower unit in which the inside is hermetic so as to prevent an internal working fluid from being leaked to the outside; a motor unit supplying power to the blower unit; and a magnetic coupling unit connecting the blower unit and the motor unit by using a magnetic force.
Centrifugal compressor with recirculation structure
A centrifugal compressor for a chiller system includes a casing having an inlet portion and an outlet portion, a recirculation structure including a recirculation path and a recirculation discharge cavity, an impeller disposed downstream of the recirculation discharge cavity, a plurality of recirculation discharge guide vanes disposed to surround the recirculation discharge cavity, and a diffuser disposed in the outlet portion downstream of the impeller. The recirculation structure is configured to impart a swirl to a flow of refrigerant into the inlet portion. The recirculation path supplies the refrigerant from the diffuser to the recirculation discharge cavity. The recirculation path includes a recirculation pipe that introduces the refrigerant toward the plurality of recirculation discharge guide vanes. An annular groove is disposed between the recirculation pipe and the plurality of recirculation discharge guide vanes. An annular plate is disposed between the annular groove and the recirculation discharge cavity.
Compressor bleed port structure
A compressor bleed port apparatus includes: a compressor shroud which defines a boundary between a primary flowpath and a plenum; a bleed port including one or more apertures passing through the compressor shroud, each of the one or more apertures having an inlet communicating with the primary flowpath and an outlet communicating with the plenum, and extending along a respective centerline. Each of the one or more apertures is bounded by sidewalls, and includes a diffuser section in which the sidewalls diverge from each other in a downstream direction; A diffusing angle between the sidewalls varies over the length of the diffuser section.
